Incredible! Brad is our quarterly service professional. He is professionally punctual and shows genuine interest in our pest need's every time he comes to our home. Since starting service with Aptive Environmental, we rarely see any bugs on the inside nor OUTSIDE of our home! What I appreciate most is the fact that every time Aptive performs a service at our property, they service our home as if it were the first time they had ever been here. They pay great attention to detail and actively seek for any potential nesting sites. I recommend this comany to EVERYONE who wants to rid their home of pests and create a safer more comfortable living environment.

Thomas came to Peoria to get me started on a quarterly pest control program. He pointed out some dabber nests near 2nd story windows, took care of some spider webs, pointed out where one looked like a black widow's nest, and explained the reason for not treating the AstroTurf. He was friendly and professional. Goodbye buggies.

My Service Pro, Brian M., showed up a few minutes early. Major points in my book! He thoroughly questioned me regarding my needs, addressed all of my own questions, and even asked me about places that I did not know may be an issue. He was very thorough, professional, and courteous. I appreciated that he took care of a particular area where there was a major concern for me with extra treatments, and told me how to take care of the things he could not (drains). I would absolutely recommend Aptive to anyone, especially my guy Brian.

Arrived on time and exactly when they said they would be here. Our service pro, Brad, was very nice, very thorough, and great with our pets. Even wore booties on our wood floor.

I am truly happy with the service and the professionalism. Brad was my service Pro and not only was he informative and knew his job he got the job done! I am super happy today!

Service tech Brad was very informative and helpful about our pest problem. Also went above and beyond to clean up areas where pest would live and breed. Would recommend to all my friends.

Our first time using Aptive and was impressed with the overall experience. Our Service Pro, Sean Grasse, did an excellent job of walking me through his process and came away confident that all services being done to my home would start us down a path of a "bug-free" environment in our new home. Job well done, Sean!

My service was done today by Dewayne. He was very informative and took time to explain anything. He was very courteous and extra quiet as I had 2 toddlers napping.

I am in a contract which is something I don't like. That's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5

Chris and Robbie were the techs that came to our home for initial treatment for scorpions and other unwanted creepy crawlies. They were professional in treating the entire yard and eliminated cobwebs in all the eaves of our home.

We were greeted today by a very nice sales person today. We agreed to begin service with Aptive based on our initial meeting and the extensive initial service we were told we'd be receiving today. We also agreed to an additional charge of 10 dollars to have our garage specially treated. What we received was a guy showing up with a backpack sprayer and granules. He didn’t even treat the perimeter of our property. He applied granules throughout the yard, the interior of the house sprayed, the perimeter of the house sprayed, and the perimeter of the garage sprayed. This was even less than our current company does. When asked why our whole yard was not treated as we were told it would be, the applicator told my husband, "They’ll bring the truck with the tank and do a full spray on your yard NEXT month.” This was NOT what we signed up for and not what we agreed to have done - contract cancelled. ......... Anyone else think these other reviews sound canned?.......

Dewayne was prompt and professional and explained clearly what was done, definitely a good experience.

We had our initial service today, and Sean was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. We are, so far, very pleased with Aptive.

We are pretty new with Aptive but so far very pleased! Everyone that I have spoken with has been pleasant and knowledgeable. Brad is out for the first time today and doing a good job!

I got a Representative to my door and offered the services. I thought it was great and it was good timing too. I got service the same day by Sean and he was great and very professional.
