Brad was our service pro and did an excellent job. He explained everything to me and did a great job.

I had Brad come out today for the protective barrier application. Brad is very friendly and knowledgeable. This is the second part of the initial service and I couldn't be more pleased. We literally haven't had any kind of life of a bug since. A few occasional ants but seriously the Best Bug service I have EVER experienced in all of my homes in the past. I would Highly recommend their Company. All service techs that have been here have been very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for your service!

Today Brad came out to set up and start my first service. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He worked efficiently and took time to answer my questions. Bryan also was informative and professional when offering your pest control service. You have good people working for your company and I am glad to be a customer!

These guys impressed me by being punctual and their knowlege. Also thumbs up for Robert very kind to wear booties on his work shoes in my home, a total plus.also I know the bugs will be gone for a long time, as they tackled the job in an amazing timely fashion. Thank you aptive! ����

We've had a few issues off the bat but overall really nice service pros and haven't really seen any bugs.

Aptive Environmental just came by and did their first service and so far so good. Brian answered any of my questions, and resolved any of my concerns. I'm excited that they don't just do the inside and out but also spray around my trees, and because it's plant based products they're even safe for my new fruit trees.

I just had my first service with Aptive Environmental, Andrew was very professional and explained everything that he was going to spray and how it works. He was very efficent and sprayed the inside of our garage as well as the perimiter of our home. Aptive has impressed me with their customer service and attention to our individual needs. We had just moved into a home and was in the process of looking for a pest control service. Henry and Jason did a great job. Henry explained exactly what they were going to do. They were efficient and while Jason took care of the inside of the home Henry swept the outside for cob webs. With 2 small children and a dog they explained that their products were kid and pet friendly.

Highly recommend Sean for any future home service call! I highly recommend Aptive! My home is now bug free! Kudos!!!

Michael P. did a very good job at our property. He really took his time and doubled checked on the work. So far we recommend aptive with the first service. We're hoping the treatments of the ants in the front yard and spiders disappear soon and gone for good.

The entire team at Aptive is great to work with. My service techs were Brad and Dwayne. They listened to what my concerns were and treated those areas more heavily than normal.
