Technician sprayed all windows and sills and doorways to stop spider penetration. Very professional and courteous. We’ve used this company for the past year & are very happy with the results.

Did a very good job this time

Jeff l should not be working in a place like this he is racist and is always complaining. He is so disrespectful he needs to be fired I am do disappointed that someone like him would be so racist to a formal co-worker.

My daughter was stung by a scorpion about a week ago and was understand my nearly terrified to sleep in her room!
We happened to just have these gentlemen ring our door bell offering our services. Their employee Michael came in and did his job quickly and with such a great attitude.
We have a little dog and he was a little upset and continually barked at Michael. However he handled it perfectly, petting our dog and trying to feed him some treats.
All in all I was very impressed with Michael and he professionalism and his genuine personality. This was the best way to reward him. I thank them for their service.

Matt was really great! He met with me upon his arrival to my home, asked me about any concerns or requests I had and then spent the time to do a very thorough job around my house. I was very impressed with his pleasant professionalism and the quality work he performed on my home! I give Matt 5 Stars because he well deserves them!!

Juan L. was the tech from Aptive Environmental that provided exterminating service at our home today. He was very thorough and professional, providing information and answering my questions. Happily we have not seen anymore wasps today!

We signed up with Aptive today and they serviced our home the same afternoon. The sales person, Levi, and the young man who did the spraying service, Nate, were both very professional and a pleasure to deal with. We look forward to a good relationship with this company, if they are as dependable as the young men who represented them today.

I recently received my first quarterly service with Aptive. While the front office communication wasn't stellar, the technician (Colten Roscoe) who completed the service WAS! He was professional and took the time to figure out the miscommunication and educate on what was taking place. This restored my faith that service was being performed as stated. Thanks Colten!

I have been using Aptive for a couple of months now and am very pleased. We are getting so much more for our money than our previous bug service. We no longer have birds coming into our house or ticks climbing our walls from the neighbor's yard. We also have put a great dent into our mouse problem. I love how Aaron Obrien took time out of his busy schedule to not only make sure everything was sprayed correctly but to also make sure that all of our mouse traps were working properly. He did a great job!!
