Good efficient service always knowledgable

Bevan and Brock has been an outstanding property management company. All there managers are wonderful however I really love working there all there employees. They are always on top of all the new rules and property. If you every need a property manager for your HOA or apartment complex I highly recommend these guys!

I've done a couple projects for Linda @ Beven & Brock. She is always prompt, professional and spot on. We deal with many property management companies in my line of work (animal trapping & removal), so to find a company that knows what they're doing is very refreshing. Anytime Lori has an issue with any kind of animal(s), she lets us know and we're out to the property the same day to try and help her tenants out. She truly does care about the tenants and her vendors - a very rare combination. Thank you, Linda & Beven & Brock!

Beven & Brock serve as our HOA management company. I can't believe the negative reviews because my experience with them for the last 7 years has been wonderful. Our management rep is Sue Threadgill and she is the reason I have stayed on our HOA board. She is extremely knowledgeable of the HOA rules and laws. Beven & Brock provide free of charge various seminars to update us on HOA changes and new business. They are worth every penny we pay them. They have provided us with Sue Threadgill

and we can't thank them enough!

I wanted to write a short note to let you know how thrilled i was at Rock and Steve's quick action on fixing a few items. I was most impressed by the reviews I have read from former tenants, but now I am more impressed as an actual tenant. Thanks, again for all your help.

Its a challenging business so under the ever changing circumstances, I think my property manager does everything possible to keep everyone satisfied.

I recieved word that escrow on the condo closed yesterday - so my rental agreement is now with the new owner. I just wanted to thank you for always promptly and courteously tending to the repairs of the unit and my concerns. I hope the new manager will be as helpful.

A special Kudos to both Mr. Beven and Linda, for working through my issue and bringing the case to a conclusion within 3 weeks of my initial review. Not only was the house rented in the next 3 weeks, (which by itself was highly commendable, given that December is a very dull month), the team also went above and beyond to convince my landlord of my special situation and get me the refund for the whole of December. Based on the service rendered by the team and their loyal commitment to the customer, I would highly recommend their service for future lenders and customers.

I have served on HOA boards for 8 years both as Vice President and currently President. It is vitally important to work and consult with a property management company that can perform and handle the day to day tasks that an HOA faces. I have found Laura Garbo our property manger to be one of the best mangers that I have ever worked with. She is competent, punctual and very knowledge. Since the day to day operations are handled by the management company for the HOA the Board of Directors need to rely on a solid company with an strong accounting department an a manger that will go the distance to preform that tasks needed to make the Board's job more manageable. That Company is Beven and Brock and that manger is Laura Garbo.
