Taylor is always prompt in addressing our concerns. We very much like renting with Bevin and Brock.

I have used this company for over two years. I appreciate the attention they give to maintaining the property while meeting my needs and those of the tenants.

Laura is doing a great job for Crown Vista. She very quickly got caught-up all the undone jobs. Everything new she's taken care of in a single month. Amazing attention to detail.

I was referred to Beven & Brock by Veronica Yegavian , feeling a little skeptic because I was tired of dealing with other management companies and I really wanted to find a nice, clean, safe and comfortable apartment to rent. I had the pleasure of working with Rosa Flores, who immediately understood what I was searching for and had me look at some apartments she thought would be perfect for me. I went to the first one and it was perfect. I immediately rented from B&B. The whole process was fast and the staff made it easy to finish the paperwork. The staff is amazing and very sweet and their properties are in nice clean areas and the units are very clean. Keep up the good work!

This team is very on top. We were all very happy with the results!

I am very pleased with the service that I am getting from the ladies inside the office. They are doing a great job to help me and my family find a better home. Meeting up to our standards and meeting up to my budget as well.

And of course finding a place that is in a good area as well.

I initially complained about B&B, but after I emailed the owner, he responded by asking me to call him. We spoke for a while and he agreed to defray the cost of the rental hike by cutting my mother a check for the difference for 6 months. He is a generous man and an amazing business man! I love this company! They know how to deal with problems like a business should. What an exemplar!

Simply put, great company! As a 7 year vendor, we must say that no one pays us faster or follows up better than they do. We work with several people there including Laura, Lori, Paul, Marilyn, Sue, Vianna, and others, etc...they are all good at what they do!!

Well, at least this seems fair. When I moved out of my last place, the landlord charged me for cleaning and repairs. Some of this was fair, but I had questions about others, but couldnâ t prove my point. When I recently move in at a Beven & Brock property in South Pasadena I was asked to sign a form indicating the condition of the property when I moved in. There was even a written suggestion to me at the bottom of the form, encouraging me to take photos before my move-in. So, I did, lots of them. With their encouragement, and my photos, there should be no dispute when I move out. I like that. I think that their recommendation that I take photos can only work to my benefit. As they told me, sometimes properties are sold, and the new owner has no proof of how good or bad a property was when a particular tenant moved in. They will, with me, because I have my pictures. Thanks, Beven & Brock, for this good suggestion. I should have thought of it on my own, but thank you anyway.

I don't know why they're so many negative reviews about this place. I've found 2 of my apartment through Beven & Brock and all my experiences have been really good. It's not the most luxurious service, but if you need to find a place they'll give you the keys to check out a place. The staff is friendly and is willing to work with you in finding a place. Located inside, there is a HUGE wall of listings that is all printed out for you with all the listing info. Just tell you want to check out a place and they'll throw you the keys no problem.



The address of this place says its on Lake Ave... but it's really on the street next to it on Hudson Ave. There is a parking lot in the back and the front entrance is accessed from the parking lot. It's free parking on the weekend, but you have to pay $6 if you don't get it validated.

I have had consistently prompt and reliable service from this company. I'm so very satisfied with their service.

I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service that Beven and Brock provides in the area of Board of Directors education. The News letters, seminars and classes are of great value to all of us.

Angie is great! Always quick to respond to me when I've had issues with plumbing, etc. She's very attentive.

I wanted to commend the service of one of your front office employees, Katrina Tworoger. Katrina was very helpful and understanding during this week and kept me very well informed regarding my application. During that week I needed to called her and move my application to 3 different apartments. And I believe that it was directly due to her help and assistance.
