For a property management this size, you are doing well.

I just wanted extend my appreciation to Bevin and Brock. I had a very serious issue locating an accessable and affordable single unit condo for my disabled mother. They were very patient with my mother! And made my mother so comfotable.. Iam so happy i made the choice to deal with Bevon and Brock for your patience, caring, and understanding!!

We had a really great experience renting with Beven & Brock, especially after having a very bad experience with a previous real-estate agency. Beven & Brock were very helpful during the application process and in general during the whole stay (about two years). We are very thankful to our property manager Doug Hollier, he is such a nice person, always ready to help and fix whatever we needed very quickly, even during holidays, and always with a smile!

My wife and I would like to express our appreciation for your services for the many years we have owned our apartment house in Altadena. We are especially pleased that we chose Bevin & Brock to handle the job. You kept the apartments rented with little or no vacancy and made sure the rental rates kept up with the market.

Very good service and Accommodation

I recently spoke to Taylor on the phone and was assisted with several issues I was having at my place. Taylor listened to my needs and made sure that they were met in a timely manner.

Always available and communicative. Friendly staff and gets things done quickly!

Taylor and Rick have gone above and beyond. We are enjoying living in this property very much so.

So far, I have had a very good impression of Beven & Brock. When I arrived, I was greeted by Rosa, and she gave me a clear instruction sheet on how to apply with their company. HERE WAS THE GREAT PART: at the bottom of the cover-sheet, in a "bold" box, was a note from the owner of the company. It read "To All Applicants: If you have any problem with our service, any problem at all, please call me. If you think that I might be able to help you in any way, to answer any question, please call me at my direct line". It then gave his name and number. I will reserve final judgment until I have more experience with this company, but this to me sounds like an owner who is involved, and who really is concerned about customer service.

I can't tell you how much I appreciate the great job this company has done for us recently. Their staff was very understanding and professional from start to finish.
