Matthew W. came out to the house yesterday. He was extremely professional. He took care of us and made sure to answer every question we had. If you have an Aptive employee come out to your house, make sure they are hydrated...it is hot outside and they are doing you a service.

Dominic & Dalton were fantastic and very respectful. The were great with the kids too! They were here quick and did their job well. They even put mouse traps in the attic!

Andrew Edwards did a thorough treatment of my home yesterday. I really appreciate Aptive's employees as they are very polite and listen to your needs. I am highly allergic to bee's and other stinging insects, but Andrew took care of the few problematic spots on the eaves and outside of my house. He also treated inside the house and the lawn.

The Aptive professionals that came out were Jared R. and Bryan S. They were very knowledgeable in their duties. So far the company has done very well. Jonathan G did a great job explaining all the pests they would treat for and answered all of my questions. Dominic O. arrived in the middle of the allotted time window and explained all the services he was going to do, and then when he was done went over them again. He address all the onsite concerns as well. So far we are very happy.

This was our first service but so far they have been great. Dominic is very polite and has taken the time to explain things to me. He even alerted me to the fact that he saw a wasp inside the house in the window next to my sleeping baby. I've been very impressed by Aptive.
