On may 10,2016 Russell knocked on my door. He is the sales rep with Aptive and explained their services and little did he know that the day before I was thinking of contacting a pest control company but did not know who I should call. I was so impressed with this fine young man that I signed up. He made me an appointment for the next day when Nick arrived I was equally impressed with him. He went over everything and answered all my questions. They are super good!!! Great job Russell and Nick!!!

He was competent and professional. He completed the task at hand, came back to explain the warranty and future service. I would recommend. I have met 2 of Aptiva's staff and both were knowledgeable and professional.

Exceeded my expectations! Staff has been very knowledgable and professional, especially from Nick Hosey (the man who serviced my property). I liked his approach with explaining the service, detailing what will be done, and after complete explaining what was done and answering questions. I really like the environmentally friendly and organic focus as I have three kids and a dog. Highly recommend!

The Sales guy, Kasey W. did a very good job of selling what the company does and explaining how the product works. He was knowledgeable and spent a lot of time answering all of our questions. The Service Tech, Nick H. was on time, pleasant and explained the work that he was going to do around the house and then he got work and followed up afterwards to see if we had any further needs. Both are goods reps for the company. The only thing left is the waiting to see how effective the product is.

Craig was very prompt, friendly, and professional! He was very knowledgable and seemed to really care that we were getting the best treatment we possibly could. We are positive that we made the right choice in choosing Aptive to protect our home.

Nick was great at explaining and very courteous. Professional and did exactly what he said he would do. I like that the pesticides are environmentally friendly, as much as they can be. Overall very satisfied.
