Yesterday, Andrew came and did my initial service. I would like to say he is extremely professional, polite and thorough. I was very pleased with the service he provided.

Jarold R. appeared to be very thorough when applying pest control product to home and lawn. Jarold took the time to answer many questions I had about the overall service provided and what expectations I should have concerning how it will get rid of pest. Jarod was polite and maintained a positive attitude which led me to believe he enjoyed the work he was performing

Curtis L. serviced my house earlier this month. He did a great job and was very informative. He made sure that everything was done, and did a very thorough job.

Dominic O was very courteous, professional, and detail-oriented when he came to service our home. He took the time to go over some areas of the property that needed attention and addressed all of my concerns. He displayed a sincerity about his job that was refreshing and made me feel comfortable about our switch to the company.

Dalton was very professional. He made sure I had all of my questions answered. He explained the process and the timeline it takes for me to see results. Great service so far.

Matt arrived on time, in a clean company vehicle, and gave me a thorough and professional description of the services he would be providing today, including asking me about any specific concerns that I thought might need to be addressed. After a couple of signatures, he then got to work, and quickly did everything we had discussed. In a world where customer service is often lacking, is refreshing to deal with a representative like Matt! Great service all-around! Glad we chose Aptive!
