I called three of the guys off Yp.com and they all came into my home to do the estimate. I was looking to save money but didnt want dummies. I was impress by 2 of the visits and not so much on the third. So I had to choose between Royal and Big guy moving. Well they called me back with the quote for packing the home and then moving it. I was blown away at how much lower Big guy's quote was,almost scary. So I before I chosse them I had to make sure they werent one of those low ball and then hit you hard companies. Well I looked up their reviews and seen how their customers were very pleased. So I called them and booked them for Dec 31st a day some companies were charging more. They emailed me the contract the same day and we were off and running. So the night before,just as promised I was called to let me know Bobby and Derek would be my movers. I was then called again in the morning by Bobby to let me know that they were heading me way. These guys were so great they packed and wrapped all my collectables,made sure everything was safely in the boxes so nothing got broke. After the finished I thought they would be tired,but then they started to move my furniture in their boxtruck. I was very impressed at their speed and attention for keeping my furniture safe. They got everything done in 8hrs. It would have taken me months to be able to pack everything and they did it in hours. Dave give these guys a raise they really worked hard. I will let all my friends know. You guys really went beyond the call of duty.

These guys are great. Came out the same day that I called, Worked with me on the price, which was great since I was really tight on cash. David and Scott came out, they were really fast, professional, and efficient. Super helpful and really impressed me. I will def call them again and recommend them to anyone! Great guys, great attitudes, great prices. :) I'm a fan!

I hired Big Guy Moving for a 3 ;mile move on September 20, 2011. The two guys, Derrick and Bobby arrived ON TIME, at 1000! They came into the house and looked at what needed to be moved and decided that I had gotten too small of a truck, but "not to worry, we can do two trips." They immediately got to work, efficient with removing items that they were going in the truck first, so there was none of my furniture waiting in the driveway to be loaded. They handled my furnishings with great care, wrapping and padding fragile items. I decided to let my husband go to his doctor's appointment and hoped I could handle this move on my own with the hired help. I was afraid that I might be too much for me to handle, but Derrick and Bobby couldn't have been nicer and professional, "yes ma"ams " and "no problems." all day long. When we got to the new house, I asked if they could move a few items that were already there upstairs for me, and again, "no problem,ma"am." My husband, not feeling well after his trip to the doctor, was very impressed with the professional manner of Bobby and Derrick, and felt like we were in good hands, In the middle of the move I received a call from the boss man (sorry, I cant remember the name), wanting to know how the move was going and how the guys were doing....IMPRESSIVE!!! I could go on and on, but in summary.....this company was awesome and the guys were fantastic! I would 100% reccommend and use this company again! Thank you Bobby and Derrick! P.S. I did go over the planned three hours by two hours and was charge a reasonable fee...no bait and switch and since I rented the truck, there could not be "hijacking" my belongings. These guys are great. i needed to be moved that day and they had no problem helping me out and most companies are not like that. They had two amazing guys that made my comfortable with all my things and some were quite heavy. they loaded up quickly for me and i was in my new place by the end of the day!!

You need to call them right away. This is the best service. We had an all day move. These guys were very fast and nice. We have had movers in the past that have broke stuff, stole stuff and didn't take care of our stuff. But this company was great. They did an inventory of everything that went on the truck to make sure everything went from point A to B. They showed up on time with all 4 guys and 2 trucks. We were moved to Gainesville in 8 hours. They put the beds back together so my kids got to sleep in their own beds. We were so excited. Thank you Big Guy.

5 star service through out the entire adventure. It all started with Michelle and Rachel coming in and packing up the house.They were so pleasant to be around. They made me laugh while still keeping a great pace. Then Victor and Bobbi moved all my furniture to the new house and even set everything back up for us. It was so easy I was amazed how quick it was completed. Thanks guys I will recommend you too all my friends..

Guys showed up on time and were professional. I Didn't like when they

first arrived I was told 5 hours was a good estimate but it could take

up to 7. I was however happy when they finished in 4 hours.



I liked your company in that the crew was really nice and that I

A friend recomended this company and after reading the reviews i looked forward to an excellent experience. Worst mover I've ever had. Add says they take credit cards and they do not. I had major breakage and loss, and the adittude was basically o'well. The packers showed up at 8am, the truck was to show at 1pm and didn't arrive until 3pm, and they finally left my new place at nearly 10pm. This was a 2 bedroom apt move across town. My friend who recomended them, used them again recently and said she would never use them again for the same reasons. According to her she's not sure what happened to this company, they used to be so good.

The morning of my move, their truck broke down, delaying their first job of the day, and pushing my move back by four hours ... but Big Guy Movers went SO FAR out of their way to compensate for the mishap, that I was left completely satisfied!! They sent me an additional mover for free to help speed along the process because of being late, one of the managers personally came by to meet me and apologize, and everything was moved in much less time than I anticipated. I was even refunded for the time that was not used (most movers won't do this, and I don't know if it's customary for them or if they were just being so nice to compensate - but either way, they were very accomodating!). The movers were friendly and polite, very organized in the way they performed their job, and were open communicators. These people care about their business and went to the full extent possible to ensure that I was properly taken care of and satisfied. Despite the unforseen delay which was out of their control ... my move went fantastic! I would certainly recommed them to anyone who is looking for a moving company that understands the true meaning of customer service and is thorough, quick, and friendly!

This moving company was awesome! The original moving company I hired had a guy call in sick and this moving company was there within an hour. The guys that moved my stuff were excellent. They had a good attitude and did not mess around. They had all my stuff in the truck in 1.5 hours!! You guys were great!! I highly suggest hiring them!!
