Heather and Big Guy Moving, With all the chaos of moving recently, I forgot to write back to you and commend the great job your two guys did with our recent groupon move (Ferguson on Sat. June 23rd at noon). James and Matt arrived earlier than scheduled after calling to confirm and we were ready for them and their strength and expertise. They were efficient and courteous -- and strong! Many thanks to them and to you all. I would recommend your services to anyone looking for fast, efficient and courteous moving help. They are horrible. My appointment was scheduled for 12:00pm, the guuys arrived at 3. I called at 12 to see what time the guys will arrive and was advised that I will get a call back only to receive a text message. The guys arrived, well one of the guys...my mom said one thing that he took the wrong way and they decided to leave after I was completely nice to them after they made me miss my 2:00 carpet cleaning appointment as well as the house cleaning services. I'm sure the movers called the owner so you would think he would have called to get my side of the story. After reaching out to the company and owner via phone call and text no response. No one called personally to even apologize for the inconvenience. This place is horrible for business and is very unprofessional.

I just wanted to let you know what a pleasure it was to work with Bobby and Jay during our move over the weekend. They were both very helpful, courteous and professional and we really appreciated their help with our move.

Hiii!!! I just wanted to say THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Another great move by you guys. You have a customer for life, and can bet I tell everyone about you guys! Thanks for the very gracious discount. The guys did a great job, even with having to make an extra run back and forth because it didn’t all fit in one trip, they worked hard and fast so I had to treat them to pizza for lunch while they were working and with all that, I can truly say MONEY WELL SPENT!! Thanks again!!

I used the company for a local move. Make sure to get the estimate in writing. I was quoted 4 hours. The move was 6 hours with hidden charges for "travel" and "fuel" for an additional $265. The movers were an hour late. They cracked a bedroom door jamb without saying anything. Good luck getting anyone to answer their office phone. I can see why they have an "F" BBB rating especially since they didn't resolve or even respond to any of their complaints this year.

I am very impressed with the office staff as well as the movers that completed our move today. They showed up at 8am and got right to work. The last movers we had took 8hrs with serveral breaks,so this move made us nervous. But Taurus and Andre really worked hard the entire time they were with us,never did they complain. The move took them 6hrs and let me tell you no two guys have ever deserved a tip more then these guys. I am not easily impressed,but you guys really did a great job. I have already told my facebook friends,I will get you guys some business. I really appreciate you helping my family and I.

They are very helpful and made my move stress free.

Terrible experience. They did not bring a part to a leather chair. They said they had it in the office, but never brought it back. I have called at least 4 times and left messages. They won't even return the call. Be careful using them. If something goes wrong, they won't even respond.

Thank-you for the follow-up and for sticking with the original quote. I will absolutely use your business again and recommend you to other. The guys were great...I couldn't have asked for two more hard working people. They made my move much less stressful.

We used them yesterday to move my parents from one condo to another and they were just great! You know how moving is such a difficult task anyway, and you are nervous that it will cost too much, the movers will be gruff and difficult to communicate with and make you feel bad for being a little disorganized? These two big guys were so pleasant and professional and worked quickly, efficiently and with great attitudes. Plus, it turned out to be a very fair price. I will use them again and give their names out to all of my firends and colleagues. I have used two groupons wtih them over the past 6 months, and will grab one every time I see it come up. Plus, good to have them for small moves to save our backs and a truck rental. I wish they were near our kids in college too. Thanks BIG GUYS!

No call, no show, unbelievable! We hired them for one day, they did not show up, we rescheduled AFTER spending all day playing cat and mouse over the phone listening to promise and excuse after excuse, today, no call, no show, nothing. Left us stuck with all the furniture, took time off work, ridiculous! They deserve NEGATIVE 5 stars

We were so pleased to have Matt and Ryan come into our home. It was scary having strangers come into my house that I have never meet,but these guys made it easy. They were friendly and very hard working. They got our move completed in 5hrs,what took my last movers 8. I am very impressed and will use them for my next move.

I would use them again. The mover was very organized and well managed.

You guys rock!!!!I had a great experience from the moment I talked to Dave. He really held my hand through this move. This was my first move as a single mom and I really didnt have anyone to help me.and he came in made everything better. I will always recommend you Dave your staff is very professional and friendly.

I was very dissapointed with there service. They did not pack everything. I realize the sofa and chair were not his fault. But when you pay for a service you expect to get good service. Not have the company owner say that you are annoying. I would not recomend this company to anyone. They were late, could not get ahold of the owner when i need to speak with him. The whole service was very unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY.

Big Guy Moving was awesome. The company met and far exceeded my every expectation. From my first encounter to the last, I was treated with respect and professionalism. The movers were courteous and professional, asked questions when needed, and an extra bonus, they spoke English. I would recommend this company to anyone who has to go through the trials of moving as my move was done quickly, efficiently, and painlessly. Job well done, Big Guy!!

I can't begin to tell you what a lifesaver Big Guy Moving was to me. The stress of packing up to move proved too much for me, so I enlisted the Packing service. I was so impressed. It took your crew very little time to pack up my entire home and they did it with care. Both the Packing Crew and Moving Crew were extremely careful, polite and professional. I would recommend Big Guy Moving to anyone.
