Great service! And no trouble with the car. Very professional reps.

Excellent experience with this company better than others we have tried. It was recommended by my daughter who travels a lot. Our only gripe is that the keys are both on one ring which does not separate, so there is no advantage to having two keys if one happens to lose them or locks them in the car. And at the mall I cannot shop and take things to the car unless I find my husband.

Prompt and professional customer service as always. The guys at Indy airport are topnotch!

Once again I had a very good experience with Enterprise. Usually I rent from one of the satellite offices in Greenwood, but happened to check one day and the price had dropped in half so I got the car at the airport. Car was clean and new and pick-up/return efficient. Staff was a little pushy with selling "extras" but I expect that in a rental car company.

I asked for a SUV, I was told it was $11 more per day . I was shown that it will be $700 . They showed my the ticket of 900 and when I asked they said there is 20 % hold and the final bill was $1000. They are tricky so beware .. Very professional in giving wrong information, my company was paying and they told me " there is no cost to YOU! Which is WRONG ...

This is my preferred car rental company in the area. Good cars, competitive prices, and outstanding service.

I rent vehicles from this location about once every 3 months. I have never had a bad encounter. Pickup/dropoff is easy, it is quick and efficient, staff is pleasant, kiosk is simple, and vehicles run smoothly. They also offer free upgrades when a vehicle isn't in that I requested. Very impressed and will continue to use and recommend.

This is one of my preferred car rental companies when I travel to Indianapolis. They have clean, well kept cars at competitive prices. Service is always excellent, and the pick and return process is simple and efficient.
