I arrived in Indianapolis after midnite...but the staff was still very excited to help & it made the rest of my night pretty pleasant...especially the staff member named Kenyatta....she was really sweet !!

Very seamless experience and helpful staff. We arrived shortly before midnight and were the last people in line to be helped for the night. It was midnight by the time we made it to the desk and everyone was extremely helpful, no one rushed us and they gave us bottled water for the three hour drive we had ahead of us! Was such a great customer experience. I've worked in sales for 15 years and appreciate and truly great customer experience, thanks for providing a best in class experience!

Renting a Truck from this location was quick, reasonable, and the customer service rep. was very friendly and helpful. The truck was very clean and practically new. Thank you Enterprise!!

Car rental pickup and return very close to airport. No need to catch a bus and ride to a remote location. I was met by an agent at the selection lot and escorted to our selected car. The agent even loaded our bags in the trunk. A speedy check in upon return was also very good. Thanks Enterprise.

After a delayed flight left us unable to get home to Louisville, we opted to fly into Indy and rent a car to drive home to the Louisville area. On the phone I was quoted $191, then told if I was willing to take an SUV it would be cheaper $161. I made the reservation. When we arrived in Indy, my sister in law was charged $251. We were shocked at how expensive it was and the employees basically told us since we didn't have a reservation very far in advance and we're in need to get home they essentially "take advantage" of that NEED and charge a higher rate. We were disgusted at the policy and their unapologetic honesty about it. When we returned the vehicle, (contract said 5pm, but we had been told 10pm- glad we checked that or we would have been charged even more!) we requested that someone from Enterprise call us so we could give feedback and we have still not heard from them. I know neither of us will rent from Enterprise again! There are plenty of other options!

Enterprise was quick, efficient, and friendly both at pick up and return. Car was clean and did not smell. No hidden charges! No pressure to upgrade, buy their gas, or take extra insurance!

Great Service! 2016 Impala like brand new...and clean! I'll be back! Friendly staff, and ease of in and out!

I rent an auto maybe 1 or 2 times a year, however, I always use Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The service is THE BEST of really any company overall that I deal with throughout the year. I'm not sure how they find the friendly staff or how they train them, but however this magic happens I hope they keep up the GREAT work.

Great selection and awesome service. 1 star rating is for hidden fees. I was quoted $318 for my rental, ended up being $919.71. I am definitely switching rental vendors.

We had a great experience with Enterprise! They were very helpful and made getting our car very quick & easy- no small feat considering we had our 2 small kids and all the luggage that goes along with them in tow. There was a mistake on our bill, but we were able to get that fixed with no problems. We also loved that the car lot is right at the airport, so we didn't have to try to haul all of our stuff onto a shuttle. We will definitely use Enterprise again!

The counter staff is friendly and helpful. It is necessary to double-check your contract. Mine had some inaccuracies that were solved upon return of the car. The lot staff greeted me and did a great job helping me with the car and its controls (the guy did a super job helping me with the phone sync, lights, wiper,s and many console controls.

Very good service at this location. Even drove us back to curbside check in, as we had two people with walking disabilities.

Picking up at the airport was easy & straightforward. Staff at the counter in the airport were courteous & knowledgeable.

Upon leaving the counter to go pick up the car we were quickly greeted by staff & escorted to the car. Also a nice welcome to be offered cold bottles of water for our journey. The staff member who escorted us to the car was not only personable but also very knowledgeable about the vehicles & made a recommendation for which options may suite us best. (He was right too!)

Upon returning the car the process is simple & streamlined. Definitely welcomed this because an accident on the way there created lots of traffic & we had to rush to catch our flight. Staff that greeted us upon dropping off the car were courteous & asked about our feedback on the rental car & our trip. They explained all of our charges & we were on our way. Even asked if there was any trash that they could throw out for us. Overall, it was a great experience & would keep renting from them again.

Perfect on-time uncluttered quick access to my designated reserved rental. Full treatment from rental counter to highway was well choreographed and included a walk through of the vehicle from an Enterprise Associate. Return was even easier when they spoke to me by name and thanked me for my business! ENTERPRISE ALWAYS!

Very brief visit at the rental counter, directed to meet a representative to my car. A young woman, Amy, directed me to my car, explained that I was given a free upgrade, gave a tour of the vehicle.

Did I mention that after a long day of travel, having a beautiful, statuesque, young woman to greet a 61 year old guy made the experience that much more pleasurable. Looks aside, Amy was the consummate professional.

Oh, my Mother loved the upgrade.
