my only disappointment in my most recent rental was that I had asked for a luxury car, one was ready, the counter agent said I could upgrade to a Cadillac for a couple of dollars more. I said ok, but then thought maybe I should ask what a couple of dollars more really meant. it turn out it would have added $20/day to my existing reservation. i found the agent to be very disengenous and stayed with my existing plan. we were also surprised that no one there could tell us about airport hotels and had no maps. i will stay an enterprise customer but felt things could have been more professional from your staff at that location.

Always a pleasant experience with Enterprise no matter which location I rent from. The staff are always friendly and courteous.

Experience starts with the people at the facility and mine was less than to be desired. Upon returning the vehicle, the attendant was quite rude, and the other was in a hurry to get me out that he forgot to ask for the keys...

I travel extensively for work. I am in the Indy area at least twice a month, every time I visit, the team at ERC are professional and courteous. The go above and beyond to solve any problems and to make sure your needs are taken care of

I needed to rent a car on my return from a week out of the country because my car was in a body shop. The online reservation system and the rental process at the airport were fast and easy and I could return the car at a location near the body shop. I picked up the car at nearly closing time, and the agent was still chipper and pleasant.

The employees at this location were very pleasant and helpful. I will rent from them again next time I am in Indianapolis.

Great experience from CHristmas thru New Years trip. Fair prices, great service, quick in and out. Glad I canceled with Avis, they were ripping me off!

Excellent experience this past Christmas and New Years trip. The car was in excellent condition and the staff was excellent as well. It was a quick in an out of the rental car place at the airport. You ne of the best experiences for sure.

I picked my car up Saturday morning earlier than I was scheduled for which was good as my grandaughter was going to do gymnastics at my scheduled pick up time. I had a little trouble at the computer check-in but the guy at the counter came right over and took care of me at the counter. The car was ready when I got outside and I was on my way. When I brought the car back the checkout was just as fast and I was on my way. Staff was very friendly at both the rental and return very pleased with enterprise.

Very disappointed in the Indy Airport Enterprise. All of the tax fees were doubled when I arrived as compared to my online reservation. Also I was told the car insurance was $40 a day and it ended up being $51 a day. HuGE disappointment. Time to check out the competitors.

I hate being pressured to upgrade, prepay for gas or buy their ridiculously priced insurance. No thanks.

Excellent service and good clean car. I did not purchase any additional features like insurance and was still treated well by rental agent. The man who had the car ready for me had it all warmed up and showed me the basic features. Returning the car was easy as well. Much better experience than I have had with other lower priced operations.

Good car, lousy check out service. The fellow who was showing us the car realized he was not going to sell us any additional "services:" (we had purchased the insurance package inside and know how to read maps) so he could not wait to be rid of us. As the car was a make and model we had no experience with, we would have appreciated him showing us the basic features (like where the fuel cover release was and how the seats and mirrors adjusted. Instead, he slammed the door and ran back to his office to go on his coffee break. I know this is not typical of E's service (or maybe it is the new policy for them). Anyway, I will make sure they explain the features on all future rentals.

I have rented from Enterprise quite a bit lately, and I have been very pleased with the service I have received. The employees have all been professional, respectful, and very pleasant to deal with. They have really excelled in the customer service arena. Great job! I will definitely be back!

I use Enterprise at least twice a year and for a lengthy time...i always use enterprise due to loyality, but am thinking of looking around....

we fly into indianapolis airport and the extra charges to rent the car there is about an exter 200$...that is stupid....this last time i rented for almost a month an it cost me almost 900.00.....

yes there was a large selection of cars....also the car was clean and full of gas...but i did have a problem with a leaking air tire...i called them and only solution was to take back to air port or the martinsville enterprise....i took to martinsville and that was fine cuz i have rented from them several times....their solution was to either exchange, but they had no cars to do that or i could get one from bloomington which i would have to drive there to get cuz they didnt have a driver....i ask about getting the tire looked at...they called dealership next to them...i took there and they said would be out in 30 - 45 min....well after an hour......

Great services. The person checking us in introduce himself and shook my hand . You don't see this kind of service too much anymore. Very impressed. Our car that we rented was not checked in right for some reason, so the enterprise guy, gave us an upgrade instead of making us wait. Overall, fantastic services !

Awesome service. After checking they walked up and met me before I arrived at the outside office. The rep was very friendly. I received a complimentary upgrade from the cheap low budget car I rented. It was a nice ride, was on full, had leather seats and a back up camera. Arriving back was simple as well. Good car, great price and quick friendly service. I would definitely use again.

I picked up the car and, after getting somewhat familiar with it, drove out of the lot. I started adjusting the side mirrors, but the passenger-side mirror was completely bent back - so not auto adjustable. I had to go to the cell phone lot, get out of the car, walk around to the passenger side, manually put the mirror back into its proper place, and drive completely through the airport before I could get back to the highway. It was very annoying and shouldn't have happened. Otherwise, the car and service were great.
