Keli at the front desk impressed us because she showed interest in us and had a friendly chat to ask us why we were staying at the hotel then proceeded to recommend different places to check out nearby. The location was excellent for our weekend events and breakfast had a great menu! I would come back if I'm ever in the area!

Alex, was very helpful at the pool on Saturday and with dinner reservations on Saturday evening. Concierge on Friday evening, not sure of the name, who brought up my cover up after leaving it on the terrace after dinner. Thank you!

The best all around boutique hotel experience I have had. Kudos to a great management team and amazing staff. All the little details are well appointed: coffee actually tastes good, gym is comprehensive for it's size and well stocked. I will be sure to return.

Everyone is always so courteous and friendly! Your valets are always so helpful and polite. I will be sure to come back when I need to get away again.

Alex was very helpful at the pool on Saturday and dinner reservations on Saturday evening. Concierge on Friday evening (not sure of the name) brought my wife's cover-up to our room as we did not realize it but she had left it on the Terrace after dinner) We came here just to take a little break for the weekend and had a great time.

From the moment we arrived I was very impressed with the staff on how eager they were to help us with anything. It was my wedding weekend and I truly felt like a queen staying there. We stayed in the Soho Suite and it was beautiful!!!! We planned on going out that night and thanks to Hotel Zaza's Shuttle service we could go out and have a good time and drink and not have to worry about drinking & driving. The view here is so beautiful, there were times when I forgot I still in Houston because of their scenery and view outside our windows were so breath taking. I can't speak highly enough about our stay here. Next time we come we want to try one on the Magnificent 7 suites! Thank Hotel Zaza & the whole staff for making my wedding weekend one that I will NEVER forget!!

This was actually my first stay here at Hotel ZaZa and it was a great experience. I have stayed at many other hotels and I would put yours at the top. Keli was an amazing girl she was really nice and was very welcoming when I came in to check in. I would definitely stay here again.

This is my first time staying at the Hotel Zaza in Houston. I'm from Jersey but I absolutely love this place. The service was great and decor is exactly my style. Hope I have to come back to Houston again, so I can do a repeat stay.

I really like this place. Alex the bar manager is always friendly and helpful. He always remembers us and comes by to just say hello when we see him. He makes us feel comfortable at the hotel.

ZAZA is our home away from home. They are pet friendly and have made our family very comfortable during difficult times and not so difficult times. We send everyone this way when asked for a good hotel in Houston.

I loved the butler service. Vincente, our driver, was superb! Took time to listen to our requests and was helpful in suggesting sights that might interest us. Was very knowledgeable about the area, whereas a couple other valet personnel at other hotels were not so much. The concierge on duty Friday was willing and knowing, but still Vincente was a surprising delight of our overall experience at Hotel Za Za. Everything about this stay was better than I would have expected. The people were friendly and helpful. The hotel was sparkling clean and lots of fun.

As soon as I walked into the lobby, I felt like I was walking into a castle. Everything was very well decorated and they really pay attention to detail. The staff was phenomenal and helped us with directions. I will come back as soon as possible!

I come here every month for business trips and I don't mind staying here! It's like a home away from home! I always feel comfortable and sometimes I don't want to leave ZaZa! I always look forward to my trips to Houston!

My cousins and I booked this hotel for the spa and we got more than we bargained for. The hotel was gorgeous. The rooms were stunning. Our room was amazing with an awesome bathroom and great view! The spa was heavenly. The staff went above and beyond for all of us. From the bar to the restaurant. FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY!!! We are definitely coming back again !!
