Great hotel, great service,very nice breakfast, the rooms are beautiful, love the charm and character of the building and neighborhood. Would stay there again. Thanks everyone at the hotel, we had a great time in Houston!!

I love this hotel! The staff was amazing, we had never been to Houston before and were probably terribly annoying with our endless questions and need for directions, but the staff was extremely patient and every person we talked to was just great! I can't say enough good things about the Hotel Za Za, we chose it for the location, but the room was spotless and we had such a great time, we will definitely be back!

This hotel with the service, rooms, food was almost indescribable how awesome this hotel is! The beds are the most comfy I have ever stayed in, large rooms with marble showers/tubs, sinks, flat screen televisions and great views! The employees go above and beyond the call and deserve a great round of applause! If you get the chance, upgrade to one of the magnificent seven suites.. you will not be disappointed. I have stayed at many other 5 star hotels in the USA, this one exceeded my expectations and I would give it a 6 star out of 5 stars!

From the moment we arrived, the staff was more than accommodating. They went above and beyond most 5 star hotels in getting us what we needed. The hotel was extremely stylish, the rooms beautiful, and the amenities were also a perfect touch. We loved the unique small pillows, the Bulgari bathroom sets, the 42" screen plasma TV! It was definitely the perfect getaway.

This is such a nice hotel!!! The rooms are pretty & stylish. Our check in was smooth & the bell men gave us a mini tour of the hotel. The best thing about this hotel is the Monarch restaurant. The food is like no other I have had in Houston. Creative yet flavorful. The restaurant was very busy but the service was great. I had the Halibut & my wife had the salmon special both was out of this world. I recommend this hotel to anybody.

My family and I came to Houston to go check out some of the museums. We stay at Hotel ZaZa because it was near by the museums. I have to say this was the best hotel experience I have EVER had. Everyone here was always making sure we were being well taken care of, the rooms were exceptionally larger than we had anticipated, and the food was amazing. If your coming to this side of Houston, I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

This is my favorite hotel, from the decor to the mints on my pillow. They go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. After having an exciting day the beds are so comfortable, i get my best rest! I will definitely be back, and recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious hotel!

Love love this hotel! The suites are totally fabulous. You get that real boutique feel. Stayed here on my wedding night and every year on our anniversary since (2yrs :). Staff is really nice and helpful.



The pool area is nice and happening! It doesn't get all day sun cause it's between the buildings (only downfall).



The Monarch restaurant is also really nice but the portions are kind of small for the price. Our favorite appetizer is the Steak Bites with different sauces. Comes with small basket of seasoned fries.



Overall this is a really cute hotel. I recommend for a night on the town or a weekend getaway from the suburbs like we do =).
