Came to Houston for hand surgery and the entire staff really took care of me. Loved my room and the restaurant.

Everywhere we went, it was clear an amazing amount of thought and creativity had gone into the design and concept of each corner and detail of this place. Wow!

I found this hotel package by accident and am go glad I did. We had a terrific weekend. Everyone on staff was wonderful.

This hotel is a gem! My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our experience at ZaZa and wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be coming back!

The lady delivering coffee to the floors was very pleasant. From valet parking to check-in to just roaming the hotel to checkout, everyone was attentive and smiling.

Zaid, your driver, is great. Our business calls on him on a regular basis to pick up our employees, and he is punctual, professional, and is always in a good mood.

Excellent service. The staff was responsive and friendly in a genuine way (not like the 4 Seasons robots). The suite was spacious, comfortable and practical. Not charging for WiFi is smart. Most luxury hotels do and it leaves the guests feeling nickel and dimed

First, let me say we are writing this from our hotel room in Paris and it is NO ZAZA! We had the most incredible experience with you guys from the first phone call to our sad departure the day after our wedding! We called a month ago to say we had booked a room at the W in Dallas and were not very excited about what we had seen on our preview of the W. I asked if there was any way we could get a similar rate and you guys accommodated. after seeing Mr. Nuss' name on Trip Advisor, I called the office to see if maybe, just maybe he would consider a honeymoon upgrade for us (even though we could not afford it). I spoke with Blair, who promised she'd get right back with me. His answer the very next day was YES! Our stay, top to bottom was unforgettable. HUGE thank you's to the entire Zaza family!

Love it! Awesome hotel. Daniel was very genuine and kind. Seemed to love his job. Always a pleasure to be at beautiful at Zaza.

I was so impressed by the excellence of the staff... every one of them was Super at customer service. The beds and linens were wonderful and the cheeseburgers terrific.

A fantastic experience. Every request for assistance was met with

efficiency and tremendous friendliness and professionalism. I couldn't

ask for a better environment from which to conduct business, especially

when such a long way from home.

Have stayed at your Hotel appx. 6-7 nights in the past 3 years. EVERY

stay there is fantastic. Cannot beat the location, energy, service, etc.

I do not get to Dallas much but, whether business or pleasure, ZAZA will

remain my first choice.

The entire staff in general was great. The room was so clean and beautiful!!My wife and I stopped in a bar (12/16/11) at around 4:30ish in the monarch and the bartender was so nice and very knowledgeable. She was very friendly and had a great attitude. Blair Conder and Eliana Rock were great with the reservation process

Like WOOW! Me and my wife had the best time of our lives it reminded us why we got married. the staff was so awesome! The dragonfly went above and beyond with service. Your front desk staff was off the chain the best people ever in customer service. Me and my wife want to make a trip to the ZAZA once a month just to get away. Your valet manager who worked Monday night was so wonderful he should get a raise. Your whole staff treated me and my wife like jay-z and Beyonce we never wanted to leave the ZAZA. We will be guests of your hotel forever! Thank you much for making my wedding anniversary the most memorable one we have had. we will spread the word that ZAZA is the place to be and we will insure to send every bit of business we can. Fantastic experience for my wife and I. The person that checked us in was very friendly and made us feel welcome, the suite was outstanding and interesting, the bartender (with glasses) was very friendly and even let us try a sip of a new vodka and we had a great talk about different liquors. Room-service was unbelievably quick and very good. Thanks for everything. We will be back.

Hotel Zaza in Houston will always be my go to place to get away from it all!!! It's beautiful, accommodating and very relaxing. All of the staff are very friendly and exceptional. Thank you for showing me a good time!!!!

My experience at this hotel was one of the best times I've ever spent anywhere. Houston has much to offer and now I've found another thing!!! I will definitely come back!!!

My spa services were great, and our shuttle driver was great. Our whole stay was beyond what we expected from the Hotel, we will be definitely returning for all of the pleasurable amenities!!!!
