I appreciated all efforts in making our concerns answered, taking care of our pet and keeping us aware of costs and other reasonable treatments.

The doctor was very nice.My pets felt comfortable enough to stay put.

I used the emergency services and I was very happy. Even though there was a lot of emergencies, all staff was courteous. calm and answered all of my questions.

My spouse and I have been taking our ferrets to Midwest Bird & Exotic for more than ten years. As the caretakers of God's creatures, we take this responsibility very seriously and actively searched for a practice which held the health and well-being of all animals in the same regard as us. We have never had reason to question the commitment and knowledge of the entire Midwest staff when it comes to this, and could not be happier with the level of care our ferrets have, and continue to, receive.

They were very respectful and took my dog right away- he got hit by a car. They did everything they could to bring him back to health. Thank you.

I was referred to Midwest Bird and Exotic Animal Hospital by my local vet. I had a ferret that needed surgery on her stomach. So I took her there and I love it there. So now I take all of my ferrets there. I have been going there for 9 years now. They are there for you in the middle of the night too. Dr. Poliakoff is my favorite vet there. I live in Indiana and it takes me like an hour and a half to get there, but I don’t care, it’s worth the drive because I know my ferrets are in good hands. So I would suggest everybody to go there for all of their exotic pets.

This is no ordinary vet clinic-they really know their stuff. They even have educational videos playing when you go in and tons of albums filled with their loyal customers. Yes-they are pricey but you can't put a price tag on your family members. Something that helped me was getting VPI pet insurance for my rabbit. It's only about 120 a year and has really paid off. I just got a turtle and I'm looking forward to taking my turtle there as well.
