KiKi has been cleaning our carpet, tile, and furniture for years. We are always satisified and do not ever plan on switching to anyone. One thing I love about their services is they are so flexible. You can always call last minute or future dated.

Every time Kiwi has been at my house they have been on time, every technician they have sent has been friendly and professional, and when they leave the carpets look great & the whole house smells good. I love their carpet service! I have had them clean an upholstered couch a couple of times too, which turned out great.

Customer Service on the phone was very good and tech was punctual and did a good job. Highly recommend the warranty because if you try to clean anywhere that is not covered, they charge a ton..

Pretty good job. Once the carpet was left really wet, but the other few times I've used them, it's been ok. It's nice to have the one-year warranty where they will come out for $4/room for an entire year. I once had them take a navy-blue rug out for cleaning and it was brought back really faded. I wouldn't recommend the out-service cleanings unless you have a light colored rug.

Kiwi has great customer service. The call center staff are very friendly. I just brought home a new puppy, who had his first accident on my carpet. Thanks to Kiwis warranty, I can have them come out and remove any stains or odor. This keeps my carpter in its pristine condition.

We called in a panic about having the carpets cleaned asap as our house was on the market and we had a showing later that day. They sent a technician to us within an hour! The carpets were beautiful when the agent arrived later that day with interested buyers. THANK YOU!!!!!

I used Kiwi to clean the carpets in my new house before I moved in about a year ago. They did a great job and I recently hired them to do another cleaning. Be sure to take advantage of the free 1 year warranty; it's a great deal.

I was very impressed with the service that I received. I had signed up for the 1 year return cleaning for $14 a room plus the $60 fee for them coming out. This was a great deal. I just call them and tell them which rooms I wanted cleaned and they come out and do a great job. I have had them to come and clean my floors 3 different times and each time the work was done to my satisfaction and the guy was friendly. Will continue to use them.
