I've been using Kiwi for about two years now to clean my carpets and they do a really good job. They're always on time and friendly and the warranty is great. Once you have an area cleaned then it's under warranty for a year and they'll come back out and clean it as many times as you want for a small fee. It's awesome.

Kiwi has cleaned my carpets for years and has done a fabulous job! The best part about the service is they will come as many times as you want for one year after initial cleaning to do a warrant cleaning for a nominal fee!

I highly recommend kiwi. Their technicians are friendly and they always have discounts! I have had times when they didn't show up, but they have always made it up to me! I look forward to more carpet cleanings in the future!

Kiwi did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. I have 3 children under 4. I thought they would never get the stains out, but they did! They also cleaned the tile and grout in my kitchen and it looked like a new floor!

Service is great and they have the most amazing spot remover I have seen. The work they do leaves your carpet looking like new

The sevice delivery for Kiwi carpet is great! My carpets are clean fresh and the was all completed within an efficient timeframe. I am very happy I went with one year warranty.

I am very dissapointed with KIWI. My appointment was from noon - 2pm and no one ever showed up. I called at 2:15pm to find out when the driver would arrive. The Rep promised to have a dispatcher call me back. After an hour, I called again and got the same response. No one ever called me back and each time I received the same excuse, we've a little busy. By 4pm I called and canceled my appointment...

I have had nothing but fabulous experiences with Kiwi from making the appointments to having the services completed. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely continue to use them. Plus, their warranty is amazing! For one year after your cleaning, you can have your rooms cleaned as often as you like for just $4.00 a room!!

Warrenty service is great along with customer service. They work to give you the best deal. Better yet, carpets look fabulous! I have 4 young children and cream colored carpets. And they look like new after they are cleaned!!

I have used Kiwi for years because I love their warranty program where they will come back and clean my rooms for $4 each all year long! The technicians always take such care with my floors and work hard to remove all the wear and tear three kids can do. Always like my house so much more after they've been there

Kiwi Services is amazing. My carpets had not been cleaned in the 6 years I had been living in our house. Grandchildren, pets, parties and holidays had taken it's toll on them. I contacted Kiwi Services due to a promotion that they were having and fankly did not have high expectations due to the condition of the carpets and the low price for the service....WOW!!, and I mean WOW when I say what an amazing job Kiwi Services did on my carpets! The technician was courteous, professional and went above and beyond to ensure that my carpets looked great. I could not believe that I was actually looking at the same carpet..they looked almost new!

Don't let their prices fool you into thinking that they are not a good value or that you wonlt get your money's worth. You will be as amazed as I was; not only with the price but in the service they provide. As far as I'm concerned, there is no better value in the area than Kiwi services and I'm just as excited about trying out their other florring services as well. I know that I'm a Kiwi customer for life!

Prompt response making appointments, professional and well mannered customer service representatives. A very positive experience when discussing options with them. As far as quality of work excellent never have had any complaints would highly recommend to anyone.

I've been a Kiwi lover for over 5 years. They are always timely and courteous. We often get the same tech, Rich, who knows our pet challenges. I've also compared prices and if you clean your carpets more than once per year, they are definitely the better choice.

I have used Kiwi carpet cleaning to clean my carpet for a number of years and they have also cleaned my kitchen tile grout. They always do a great job. I have tried other carpet cleaning companies, but they are the best. The carpet dries quickly, looks good and all stains are gone.

We had our carpets cleaned by Kiwi in April 2011. We were moving into a pre-owned home and the carpets needed some serious TLC. Kiwi did an amazing job. Carpets looked amazing and no chemical smells because of their "green" products. I did an add-on while they were here and had them clean all the tile and seal the grout as well in all the bathrooms. Needless to say, I will be sticking with Kiwi for my home cleaning needs!

Kiwi has always provided cleaning services in quick, timely manner. Technicians really do care about a job well done.
