Light colored beige carpet is such a bad idea but it was in my house when I bought it and I must live with it. Kiwi makes that easier. They really did make the carpet look significantly better, and it's a good value in that you can get follow up cleanings a big discount. All the staff has been professional and a pleasure to work with as well.

Being a repeated customer of Kiwi, I am always impressed with their level of customer service along with the professional, reliable, friendly technicians they sent to my home. I am also impressed with the final product . Another aspect of Kiwi I like is their warranty. I would have no problems recommending them to anyone.

Having 2 kids and 2 large dogs in the house, our carpets need cleaned often. We have been extremely happy with Kiwi and how they leave our carpets looking and smelling fresh. They also did a great job cleaning our sectional sofa. Their customer service and 1 year warranty can't be beat!!

I had not used a carpet service in a number of years, and I was a little worried if it would be worth it. I am very pleased with the results. I had a carpet that needed to be stretched and 3 rooms to clean. Kiwi was professional and very reasonable from the time I made the first call.

Kiwi has great customer service. They are always curious, knowledgeable, and happy to help. I had my first service with them on January 2012, and have used my warranty service several times since then. Anytime I have a party, I get the carpet freshened up for pennies! I also love that when you get other services performed by Kiwi, they will extend your warranty. The initial cleaning took a while, but I was very pleased with the results. The following warranty cleanings took no time at all, and the carpets were just as clean and fresh. I was initially worried about using the bonnet method, but after seeing the results I will never switch back. Kiwi is a great value when you factor in the warranty and reliability.

The year warranty is a great deal! I only gave it 4 stars because I have had them not show in the 2 hour window before (and did not even call about being late! I had to call them). Other than that, the cleaning are wonderful, last a long time, and dry fast (which is what I really like- being able to walk on the carpet shortly after).

My new dog destroyed my bedroom carpet by digging it up to the floor boards, I was so upset knowing that my husband was going to freak out! I called a few places and didn't get a call back that day, went online and filled out a service request, within the hour someone called me back and scheduled an appointment that fit my schedule. On that day the service tech and his assistant came out, gave me a outstanding estimate, and fixed it on the spot. I was so happy, and happier when I saw the job they did, it was such a professional job that I had a hard time seeing the repair job. I was so happy that I have told several friends about the awesome service, now it is time to get my carpets cleaned and naturally I called Kiwi! Again they are coming when it is convenient for me! I love this company ! everyone is so friendly and honestly they want to take care of me! I love KIWI

I am a big fan of Kiwi. I am the owner of two dogs so they keep my carpet fresh smelling and clean. I like the fact that many times I have the same person come and clean my carpets. He understands what it is like to be a pet owner and takes the time to really get the deep down dirt out.
