We had 2 issues, one was the replacement of a water line that was leaking to our ice maker, the other was a leak under the kitchen sink. The Master Plumber(David 4561)inspected both problem areas and gave me options and recommended solutions all reasonably priced. Both jobs were completed to my satisfaction quickly and with no mess. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter.

We had a couple plumbing issues --clogged sewer pipe between basement and sewer pump outside and a clogged drain in driveway. Matt #2719 our tech guy was able to trouble shoot and resolve the problems. He took the time to be sure the jobs were done well. He was courteous and professional and clearly explained the procedures as well as costs.

Except for waiting six hours for the technician, Harry to show up. He was quick to unplug the drain in our basement. Job well done!!

We had a problem with our kitchen sink pipes. The plumber (Payne) was very professional, clean and fixed the problems in no time. Only comment is that it was quite expensive.

Had problem with no water in kitchen on a Sunday . Rotorooter responded promptly did a great job and did not charge extra for Sunday service

While it took over 12 hours for someone to come out and clear the blockage, once the technician Matt arrived he had it cleared in 20 minutes. He pulled out a giant root about 4 feet out. Chris came with his cam and found three spots that were weak where roots are growing in. He recommended a similar procedure we had done last year called pipe lining. It seals the pipes. He said that patch looks fantastic. He wasn’t pushy about getting the repair done ASAP. Gave me a quote for what it was going to cost and call him when we decided what to do.

I had a clog at my rental and called to have it repaired. My normal plumber was not available and Roto Rooter was. Now I still have a clog and they suggested calling MSD after charging me $440.46 for nothing.

Terrell was prompt, courteous, and professional. Fixed the clog and explained everything he was about to do and why. Also, the fact that we could get and appointment on a Sunday was amazing.

Started calling plumbers around 11AM Friday for a clogged sink. Everyone said Monday or Tuesday except RotoRooter who showed up about 3 hours later, charged a flat fee and was done 5PM. Matt (employee #2719) was great. Very polite and professional, answered all my questions, did great work, very pleased. The clog was way behind my sink in some old cast iron.

Travis 4509 did a great job of figuring out where our clog was and fixing it very fast. He was very informative throughout the whole process and gave great advise. Very nice and professional would highly recommend!

I had another great experience with RotoRooter. I had a cast iron floor drain that was clogged (probably scaling) and needed someone. I've worked with RotoRooter before and even though the name is big I always request Zach #181 and know what I'm getting. He explained to me what was going on and had my problem fixed in no time. I will use again.

I had un-clogged my stopped-up kitchen sink but found out the next day that a cast iron pipe from the p-trap to the wall had rusted through. I could not get the rusty pipe off to save my life. I called Roto-Rooter the following Friday morning. The lady sent James #2996 out to the house around 10:00am. James took a look at the situation, and gave me an estimate to replace the pipe and put everything back together under the sink. James had everything done in under an hour. Great job James. You saved my day!
