Prompt and efficient service, we were very pleased!

As usual, Excellent Service. I even asked the technicial to do some extra work that took him 2 hours to complete due to the my old plumbing and bathroom sink. I will always use them for my plumbing needs.

I had one company send a plumber, charged me for labor, and ended up doing nothing. Then I remembered a Roto-Rooter person called in responce to my distress email. I knew it was going to cost more money, but I needed this problem fixed. It's now Friday night, 5:30 pm. Roto-Rooter's plumber keeps the appointment, and starts to work. He uses his patience, knowledge, experience and customer communications skills, He completes his work to fix my problem above and beyond what I consider the necessary tasks. He answered all my questions, putting me at ease about future problems. He finished up past dinner time, and was still friendly and smiling. This is workmanship and professionalism at its best

We had an issue with our downspout. THey came out within a few hours and even offered money saving tips.

We called another "emergency" service based solely on their yellow pages ad. Not only did they NOT live up to their promises, they made no apologies for it! We called Roto-Rooter and they had a technician to our house within the hour. He went above and beyond and was courteous to boot. He gave us expert advice and was more than helpful about additional work we could choose to have done (no pressure). We will DEFINITELY be recommending Roto-Rooter to our friends!

We had our sump pump fail on Sunday morning at 8:30 AM. We contacted Roto Rooter and they were on site with 45 minutes. There was no special weekend charges and no work was begun until a free estimate was given. The technician Ron was completely prepared with all the necessary parts on his truck based on our phone call in description of the problem. He had the job completed in less than thirty minutes. Ron was extremely pleasant and was willing to explain all his work any took the time to answer all our questions. Based on our experience we will not hesitate to call Roto Rooter for our next plumbing problem.

The representative was excellent--professional and very complete. In this visit the representative was conducting a camera survey of our sewer connection, along with running a location device to find our clean-out. It was complicated, to say the least. The representative was extremely patient and cooperative. There will be extensive work needed and the estimate provided was not only complete but he explained every facet of the estimate. WE would rate the service provided as five stars.

I had a flood in my basement called roto-rooter. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it all in good timing. I will definitely use them again!

When the technician, Dave, showed up at my house to fix a slow-draining bathroom sink, I expected a quick fix. I was surprised to find that we had some pretty major plumbing problems. Dave talked me through the process as he worked, and showed me what he was doing step by step. Though it was a difficult job, he was polite and friendly, and he even mopped the floor clean when he was finished.



Best of all, everything is now draining beautifully.

I called Roto Rooter to replace a failed sump-pump. The technician, Sean, was professional and courteous. He was able to install the new pump quickly.

Tim Bross did a professional job of fixing my bathroom sink problem - dripping faucet, stopped up sink, and a leak that was causing dripping into a cabinet area. He did a cost estimate, worked quickly to fix the problems, applied WD-40 to the edges of a sticking drawer (due to dripping water), and left the work area clean.

Ron worked quickly to install a new hose bib. He was very courteous and helpful. He explained everything. I would recommend him and use him again.

This service works - no mess, no fuss. Clogged drains? I get one every few years. I just call this company because I know they have the staff to come right away and they always get it right. That's important when you're about to host a card party! Coupons on their website offered the best deal - always helpful in this economy. Ordering service online was convenient.

I was not looking forwards to calling a plumber cost was a big factor and also just dealing with a clog. Shane showed up and he was very professional and answered all of my questions and the cost of the service was excellent.
