They did a very professional and thorough job. Also they keep me posted as to the time of their arrival, which I thought was excellent customer service.

We had sewage backing up thru our drain covers on the basement floor...clogged main drain. Tried Roto-Rooter for the first time & was most pleased. Rapid response, extremely friendly & knowledgable plumber...all at a very reasonable price. He arranged for a free follow-up where a camera viewed our pipes...another very knowledgable and very nice person showed up. Highly recommended...I'll use them again.

Water was backing up into our basement...the stinky kind! Roto-Rooter sent Leinrick with his camera (sewer cinematographer extradordinaire!)...Turns out we had 50 feet of gnarly root balls destroying our clay pipes. Leinrick carefully talked us off the ledge and gave us a quote to re-line our pipes. The very next business morning, Gary and Ladd showed up ready to go. These guys were great - very professional, great attitudes, skilled, thorough, funny - a real pleasure to deal with. Though relining sewer pipes is not an inexpensive project, these guys put me at ease with my decison right away. They brought everything they needed to get the job done, plus cleaned up before they left. If it weren't for the concrete patch (that I carved my initials into) and the lack of stinky water, I wouldn't know they'd been there. My 75-year old house feels new again!

We had a problem with water backing up into our utility room.

We called to get some help. A technician came to the house at

12:30 am. Wow!

We needed to wait until daylight to get help because the cleanout valve

was not to be found.

So, the next day (or that same day) anyway less than 12 hours from the first

time. We were informed about what needed to be done.

So, the really next day in the cold, Gary and Ladd were at our house at 10:00 am

as promised. Bill brought the backhoe. The people who needed to mark for the

water line and gas line were here not too soon afterward. And the city person was here to check in with everyone so that the job could get started.





Amazing! Gary, Ladd, and Bill were able to get everything done and cleaned up before 4:00 pm.

We can never thank everyone enough for all that they did to replace about 39 feet of

sewer line and a new cleanup valve. It is so wonderful to see such a great job and wonderful people who do the right things.

On 12-23-10 requested plumber and gentleman by name of Louis responded and did a excellent job with floor drain and actually went above normal to fix problem.Louis recommended best way to fix problem and advised proper treatment.

Our kitchen sink would not drain (garbage disposal) three days before Thanksgiving. I called Roto-Rooter and they had someone out within a few hours to fix the problem. The service was great! Scott was professional, friendly, and worked hard to fix our drain. I appreciate how at ease he made me feel. As a woman with a small child having a repair man in the house can be uncomfortable but he was so professional I didn't feel uneasy at all.

Of course the water heater decides to crack and leak the day before we leave for vacation. Laundry still needs to be done before the packing can be completed, showers need to be taken. What a mess. We called Roto-Rootor on Montana Ave. in Cincinnati and they were out in a half hour. He checked the problem, got a new water heater, installed the new heater, removed the old one so we did have to mess with it when we got home. Josh was friendly, efficient and gave a discount too! Clothes and showers were completed and off we went. Thanks for saving our vacation Roto-Rooter!

We had a toilet not flushing right and a back up of our drainage pipe in our tube. knew it was time to call in the professionals.The technician was professional and explained everything very thoroughly. Now my tub drains faster than ever and my new toilet is looking and flushing great.

I came home to a backed-up utility tub. After my husband determined that the elbow pipe underneath was clear, we knew we had a bigger problem and had to hire a professional. Steve came to our rescue late at night (@10:00 PM) and stayed until the job was done (had to snake an almost entirely closed pipe).Steve was knowledgable, courteous, and patient as he showed us and explained the problem to us. We live in a 60-year-old house and Steve recommended that the rest of the pipes get snaked later in the week. He gave us a 10% discount. For 2 and one-half hours of work, the bill was under $300.00, and a tad more comparable than previous plumbers we have had over. We also bought the Roto Rooter brand clean pipe solution. Steve treated us like one of his family members. We would recommend him or his company to anyone. What a relief!!

We had been waiting for years to redecorate our finished basement but the basement would get wet when the heavy rains came. We finally had the basement waterproofed and felt safe having the floor recarpeted.



So what happens soon after we're enjoying the use of this space again? You guessed it, the basement drain backed up and soaked the new carpet.



Feeling optimistic, I kept my golf date had left my wife to call Roto Rooter out to snake the drain. They were quick to answer her call and found a much greater problem, tree roots and a deteriorated sewer line.



James the plumber explained the situation and choice of solutions so thoroughly to my wife that I knew exactly what needed to be done when she relayed the information to me.



Two days later a two man crew was at work installing a new new sewer line and finished the job on a timely basis with very little mess or disruption. All plumbers involved were super nice. They were very courteous and accommodating.



I highly recommend Roto Rooter for all plumbing problems you may encounter. The are truely professionals.



One more thing, if you live in an older home and want to remodel or protect what is in your basement, maybe it is a good idea to have your sewer line professionally checked out first. I wish I had!

I was so surprised that the cost for a Sunday service call is the same as any other day, even holidays! He was quick, efficient and even replaced our access port plug. Things are flowing great now that they serviced our main sewer line to the street. They even have a 6-month guarantee so we were very pleased.

When our drain backed up, we called Roto-Rooter to come and root out the problem. They sent us two plumbers who not only dug out the root in our pipes, but also made the time to fix several of our other plumbing problems for a very fair price.



Not only did we get our pipes cleared, but we also had them replace both the vanities, fixtures and basins in our home!



The guys they sent were wonderful, very polite, friendly, skilled and most of all they made sure we understood every procedure and cost that was part of that day's service.



If it wasn't already a relief to have a dry floor again, having a number we can trust for regular plumbing work was really one of the best things that could have happened to us while we update our home.

Our kitchen disposal was completely corroded - it worked one day and then was squirting water everywhere the next day. We called and Roto Rooter and they came out the next morning. We had a sewage back up in our basement on a Sunday morning - yuck. We called Roto-Rooter and they had a plumber out by a little after noon. The plumber (whose name I forgot #0419) was very friendly and professional, especially when he had to lug the auger down our basement steps, which has two turns. He ran into some problems with our drain line, but kept working until he got rid of all of the tree roots and made it all the way to the street. He kept at it even though the problem with our waste line took him a couple of tries to get all of the way through.

What I liked and respected the most, was that when I asked him a question that he didn't know the answer to (how soon could they get someone out with a camera out to take a look at the obstruction in our waste line), instead of giving me some generic answer, or saying he'd get back to me, he called in to the headquarters and got me an answer right away. I really appreciate this kind of honesty and professionalism. This small thing is the type thing that I remember and would encourage me to use them again.

I'm so happy I called Roto-Rooter when we had a problem with our hot water heater. Our Plumber was friendly and went the extra mile to fix our problem as quickly and economically as possible.

Technician arrived in a timely manner and was very helpful and professional. Upon arrival he indicated where the problem was and removed the offending clog. He also offered helpful advice to prevent this problem in the future.

You know, the young man that servIices my sink was very pleasent . Befeore he entered my door he put covere over his shoes so he would not bring outside dirt into my home. .He was very polite . I explained the problem i was having with my sink. He checked it out and and told me what was wrong with it. He fixed the sink in about 30 min. And it's working just fine now. . I would recomend roto-rooter to anyone who has a pluming problem.
