I don't have any bad to say about Eastern Car Service, they were great. I called the dispatcher was very kind and assure car would be out in front in 5 minutes, 5 minutes later they were there. I was of course Happy!!! The driver was nice, he wasn't like most cab drivers that want to get you out the car as soon as possible.

Whenever someone needs a car I always recommend Eastern Car Service because the prices are great and they always have a car available any time of day. Eastern is the best car service in Park Slope, and I refuse to use any other one.

Eastern is showing signs of improvement. Lately I have called them and it seems they have some new personal and yes they do speak English. Their website offers a point system that allows you to get free rides after you accumulate enough rides.

It upsets me to see that certain people, who have heavy fingers, like to whine too much, especially when they aren't being pampered the way their parents have all their life. Get a life! I believe you get your money's worth when you use Eastern, I know I have. I like using Carmel once in a while, but overall Eastern has been just fine. Btw, if you get upset over not getting a vehicle within 5 minutes during rush hour I have news for you, you aren't going to get a car from any of the other car services around either. Thats why it's called rush hour.

I used Eastern this weekend to take my sis, who was in town for the weekend, over to catch a show in the city. We were running late so i called them that i needed to get there as soon as possible before the doors were closed. Their driver got there within minutes and we were on the road getting to the place on time. I just wanted to share that eastern has always offered great service and I wouldn't consider using anyone else in park slope.

Very professional and allowed us to be on time for our reservations. Driver knew ahead of time exactly were our location was with a simple "no problem". I will recommend Eastern Car Service to family, co workers and to anyone I know that will be traveling to Brooklyn.

Eastern Car Service is to me the best in Brooklyn. The dispatchers are great and never come out nasty when I call them. They always have a car ready to send out to me, not like many car services in Brooklyn that never have enough cars and when you call they leave you on hold forever. Which I hate. I don't call any other car service since the first time i called Eastern. The drivers are all nice and always have the car smelling good. Which to me is very important when in a cab. I recommend everyone to use Eastern services just because still till this day I have not had a bad experience with them. They are the best.

I have taken eastern car for a while now as well as their other competitors in the area, but eastern seems to be the only one of the bunch to be making new progress. I even registered an account in their website and have been requesting my cars that way now. Way to go guys! Oh, and by the way, the trip was pleasant and in a nice car...but the traffic sucked.

Eastern Car Service has proven to me and my friends to be the best in Brooklyn. I have nothing bad to say about their services. The drivers are really nice and never come out stupid with me and they never over charge. Not like many other car services in Brooklyn. I always call Eastern whenever I need a cab. I always feel comfortable when I get into one of Eastern Cars. They are great and friendly.

"Wow, I am really surprised at the previous unhappy reviews. I called about 5 car services to get a decent rate from Park Slope to La Guardia about a year and a half ago and Eastern gave me the best price. I haven't used another car service in Brooklyn ever since.



Every time I call, I ask for a rate, get a deliciously good one, and when I ask for one, there's a car outside. I have never had to strongarm a driver to get me where I need to go (I've certainly had my fair share of cabbies and drivers drop me off on a corner that's convenient for them), give me a fair rate and not drive like an a**hole.



Cars are clean and presentable, drivers are friendly and the rates are very, very reasonable. I have used them many times and even recommend them to all my friends and family. I have yet to get into a car that reeks of B.O. God bless Eastern!"

Just used this service on August 6th with my wife and 1 year old daughter. Great driver, great experience and would recommend to anyone looking to use car service. I'd recommend calling ahead to be sure to know how much the service would cost to avoid any confusion as I think that might be where some of the negative reviews are coming from. We also asked for an infant car seat and the driver had it all set up and waiting for us when we arrived at the airport.

"Eastern Car Service has been incredibly reliable for us. We really depend on them as we have toddler twins and no car of our own - so to get certain places, we need a car service that provides car seats. We have had very few problems with eastern.



My only issue is that often I will be going to and from the same location many times, and sometimes the drivers quote slightly different prices. It makes me a little suspicious, I know it's not like a yellow cab where it's always metered but why a random three dollars difference in quoted price? That's my only beef, and of course it could be solved if I called the dispatcher to get a price quote every time, but often when I am wrestling with my children it just doesn't seem worth it.



I really love their online reservation system - it makes it so easy. Again, my only issue with this would be if they could add a few more options - a place to check off that TWO child seats are needed, and what kind; and it would be very cool if the price for the trip would come up on the online reservation system once the to and from locations are entered.



Also these guys are usually early. really, they're great."

We were very satisfied with the service. The driver was on time, courteous and the car was spotless. And the price was reasonable. We'll be sure to use Eastern Car Service next time.

Yeah, the car was nice and clean. The driver of this one man show was cool and would recommend him to anyone.

We took a city tour afternoon and wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed it. Your driver was really interesting, professional, polite and friendly and gave us lots of info about the city and it's landmarks, as well as plenty of photo opportunities along the way.

Easy quick and efficient. East Flatbush to Bedford Stuyvesant the driver was quick car was clean. I would definitely use them again.
