I've never had a bad experience with Eastern Car Service. They have always been prompt when picking me up at home or the airport. The cars I've been in have been clean and the driver always calls me to let me know where he is when I'm at the airport. Even though there is a language barrier, the driver gets me where I'm going . I've been using them for a couple of years now.

Eastern is my go to service for getting to and from the Airport and just getting around town in general.

I have been using Eastern for years and have never been disappointed. They are punctual, communicative, and transparent about prices. Most recently, I called Eastern to drive a friend to the airport. I was able to reserve the car in advance and was quoted a price that sounded very fair (I think it was $35 from Ditmas Park to LGA. By comparison, I recently took a yellow cab from LGA to my house in Ditmas and the ride cost me $62). The driver arrived a few minutes early and got my friend to the airport in around 30 minutes. I will definitely continue to use their services!

Eastern is always on time and professional. I remain a loyal customer based on my experience.

We were very happy with the driver and even though we ran into unexpected traffic, he knew the area very well and was able to get us to the restaurant right on time.

The car was nice and clean (Toyota Highlander) and the ride back to JFK was very relaxing.

Fast efficient always picking up the phone immediately, shows up on time to early in front of your house, text to confirm and let you know they are there .

I used to use church ave car service which is closer to where I live, for years church ave was my go to car service but recently I have had some issues with rude dispatchers and drivers who are clueless and do not speak English. one driver actually had an accident while taking me to work and i was delayed for 45 minutes. My wife cant stand church ave.

so we started using eastern and so far so good. I am not convinced that eastern is really any better or different than church ave or any other service as church was great for years and only recently have I had problems.

anyway the last time I used eastern I was informed by the driver that there was a new app that I can use. It is similar to uber in that you don't call a dispatcher and it uses GPS so you can see where the cars are . seems like a great Idea but I can't endorse it yet as I have not actually used it yet but I am Impressed that eastern is trying to make the car service experience better and easier for both drivers and passengers. best of all not calling dispatch and relying on their eta's. hopefully it works

edit .. I have used the app now three times and it is great. I have not waited more than 5 minutes for a car. i enter the pickup and drop off address so i dont have to direct the driver orget frustrated when the driver does not know where to go. gps takes care of it all.

My parents and I have used Eastern 4 times and each time the driver was early and courteous. We are from Texas and using a car service to get around is new to us. We have thoroughly enjoyed using this business.

I have long used this car service because they are available and reliable. Today I discovered that if you ask ahead of time they will let you ride with your pet. My dog needed to go to the vet and I can't drive or walk because I'm recovering from spine surgery. I googled pet taxis and when I saw Eastern Car Service in my search results I almost wept with relief. They charge the same for a trip with or without a dog. You just have to ask ahead of time for a driver who allows dogs in the car. It was a five minute wait for the trip to the vet. It was another five minute wait to come home. I love you Eastern Car Service.
