First went to dealership after dealing with internet saleswoman gave us a price for a 2015 Toyota Tundra. Upon arriving, we were told that there was no way the price that was quoted through the internet saleswoman could be met. After leaving that day we returned the following week. The floor salesman was told that the truck did not come with key less entry multiple times, which resulted in us buying an alarm with key less entry. Sales manager and floor salesman were very helpful in having the alarm removed.

Was pleasant, felt like my needs were always being addressed. Never felt like the sales rep was annoyed. I never felt cornered. Anytime I had questions, they were answered. No other issues.

We once again had an excellent overall experience from the time we made the phone call and talked with the young lady (her name escapes me but she did a great job) who actually was cleaning the car we were going to test drive when we drove up. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful and not at all pushy. Frank Andry was terrific and we said hello to the general manager Alex Syed. Joe Verlotta reviewed all of the technology, which was very helpful.

He only has been at this dealership 6 months but was very attentive and accommodating. One of the managers tried to sell me a lesser quality bike rack, but took the time to research a better product. And I am totally satisified.

Brought car back for Remote Start, Cargo Liner, rest of things to be added. Car also had some trim pieces to be added and some pin striping. Job was completed.

It was a very pleasant experience. Frank asked us questions about what we were looking for and he brought us the vehicles immediately. We only tried out two vehicles and found the car that was exactly (well, a little better than) what we wanted. The price was right, less than expected and we were very pleased!!!!

Our experience with Lewis was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the Sequoia and other models we asked about. We never felt pressured, yet felt that we were fully informed thanks to Lewis. We hope Lewis is still there when we're looking to trade in our 4-Runner in a few years.

Geary Kornelik was pleasant and knowledgeable. He reviewed the dealer inventory list with me and made sure that I found the car that would most appeal to me. He stayed completely on task throughout the entire process from start to finish. At no point did I feel like I was simply being fit in between other customers or tasks. I consider buying a new car an arduous task and Geary helped me get through the process as pleasantly as possible.

Overall experience was good. I am very much satisfied that I made a choice to go home with Toyota. Mr. Mustafa followed up with us after our first visit and helped us till the last minute.
