The experience was AWESOME! My parents were in there purchasing a car that night and happened to start talking about how I needed a car but had bad credit, before I new it I was driving home in a brand new, 2015 Toyota RAV4. Lewis had a car picked out for me before I got there. For someone who do not know me from Eve, he did an awesome job on the color. He picked out the HOT LAVA! Phil in Finance had everything already prepared for me so all I had to do was sign the paperwork. Together they had gotten me what I wanted for my trade in and kept my payment where I wanted it to be.

Lewis was great.... As well as the manager. We had a great experience. Fast and Friendly. They had a specific SUV we needed that is what brought us there. I called and spoke with a very nice woman who than introduced me to Lewis. Lewis worked with us on the sale price and I believe we got a fair price. Finance person was also very nice and thorough. He too worked with us on the price and we still feel we received a fair price.

we looked on the website and seen a few vehicles we wanted to look at and found the one we wanted. My father had bought 5 cars from here so that is why we went here.

the advertised car was in great condition and competitively priced . the staff was attentive and upfront with the transaction . Was pleasant, felt like my needs were always being addressed. Never felt like the sales rep was annoyed. I never felt cornered. Anytime I had questions, they were answered. No other issues.

We once again had an excellent overall experience from the time we made the phone call and talked with the young lady (her name escapes me but she did a great job) who actually was cleaning the car we were going to test drive when we drove up. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful and not at all pushy. Frank Andry was terrific and we said hello to the general manager Alex Syed. Joe Verlotta reviewed all of the technology, which was very helpful.

Brought car back for Remote Start, Cargo Liner, rest of things to be added. Car also had some trim pieces to be added and some pin striping. Job was completed.

It was a very pleasant experience. Frank asked us questions about what we were looking for and he brought us the vehicles immediately.
