US National Movers was a great experience, Adam made sure all my belongings were protected and free of damage. Not only was my stuff protected, they got to my new house before I did. Great company, highly recommend if you need to move!

I was shopping for a mover- from Nevada to AZ. They gave me a good quote(I thought)--slightly lower than others I had received, so I hired them. After I paid them a $1900.00 down payment... they called and wanted to go over my inventory and told me that the price was going up from$5600 to over $16,000.00. I couldn't believe this. The time had passed for me to get a refund upon cancellation (of course). This was total fraud! I am 70 years old, this was also elder abuse. I am sick about this, but have no recourse. I do believe all the positive reviews about this company are fake. This company does not deserve the one star rating I had to give, to tell what happened to me.

Typically when there is an increase in price it is due to the allotted space that your items are taking up on the truck. Did you have any additional items on the day of your pick up? If so this might be a factor another question to keep in mind is if any of your items needed any additional packing materials. Other fees applicable might be a long carry fee as well as flights of stairs. We will be requesting your paperwork and looking over the charges diligently. Please allow us to do the research and a customer service agent will reach out and give you a price breakdown. Any discrepancies found we will assist you during the process.

Hi my name is Steve, me and my wife used US national movers. Everything started off very hectic with calls from various companies trying to get my business. Us national movers was professional and savvy. my rep told me exactly what to expect. We have used larger companies before that told us a bunch of bs, so the expectations that US National set were reasonable compare to an experience with a well named company that charged us 3x more. Us national sent the movers there on the dates that they told us we ended up taking up both days because we had so many items and they did a full platinum pack for us. We took up most of the truck and our items got to our new home before we did. I cant believe it! We are happy about our experience and wanted to make sure everyone knew how great this company was.

I moved from Florida to St. Louis Mo a couple of months ago. I had the good fortune of working with Gracie on this move. I was kinda worried, you read so many moving stories! She made me feel so secure with all her experience. It was a smooth sail. Thanks Gracie! Thanks US National! I would not hesitate to use them again.

Us national movers helped us when the other movers dumped us the day we were supposed to move. Misty made sure there was a truck available and even called our property manager and got our late fee waived and explained the situation. We had a tv break and the customer service team handled the claim through the movers for me. We couldn't purchase the full value because of the short notice but they still managed to help a little more and give us an extra $50

We had a great experience with US National Movers. We had 2 guys that came and moved us were professional and when they realized there were a few more items than what we thought they called their dispatch and another guy showed up to get us moved quicker. They even gave us a flat rate which was much appreciated. I did the inventory w my estimator, should have had my wife do it. HAha. But we weren't too far off. They even waived the extra flight because we went though US National Movers. Tobias took our inventory and even asked dimensions, no one else did when I was getting quotes. Thanks again!

1 Star is too much. They do anything for you money. This includes misquoting, being fake, promising a timeline of no more than 14 days then telling you it’s 21 business days, not returning voicemails, not answering their customer service line ever, and when they answer emails being the rudest they possibly can be. Oh and don’t fall for their routine promise of updates along the way, that’s not happening. Avoid at all costs. I would have driven my stuff myself had I known or at least hired a better company and gladly paid more.

Hey guys I just want to say thank you for the customer service. I realize things take a little bit longer instead of doing it myself but I felt like the expectation was there and I really appreciate it you guys check in on my items and made sure that they were on their way. I realize that it's not your fault that the mover can't move any faster, I also appreciate that they're respecting the roadways. You guys kept me informed and you dont deserve any negative reviews. You even got the movers to discount my items. Misty was freaking great! Thank you again.

Anyone who gave a positive review is a fake reviewer. This company is a "broker" AKA a complete scam. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get a sale. They then contract movers that charge you thousands more than the estimate. I've been waiting over a month. many of my items are still not here. PLEASE take my advice and don't put yourself through the torture I've been through. They continue to lie and tell me I'll have my stuff. I still don't. Once they have your money they will not help you, they'll ignore your phone calls and continue to lie. Please please listen like I should have. ONLY the bad reviews here are real. This company doesn’t have any credibility! It’s been a complete nightmare, and they made this move so stressful. Do not do business with this company!!!! I will make sure to let everyone know of my experience, I don’t want anyone to go through the stress I’ve been through.

So my experience with this company was really good . I've used other services before and ran into many issues and headaches along the way . This time around when it came time to find a company to move me I received there call and gave them my time . I must say everything was great! The only concern which brought back some previous memories using other moving services was the delivery time . Their truck was on route and I was told a range of delivery as far as a time and they were almost 3 hours off . But with that being said their customer service team was great and kept in constant contact with me and the driver to let my wife and I know what the situation was and that of course factors do come into play as far as driving is concerned to slow down any time that was originally planned and we can fully understand that . I appreciate the contact greatly, while during the delay the wife and I found a really great restaurant nearby to the pass the time at , which is a win win in my book !! I thank the customer service team for the contact and the relief in assisting me with my move ! Good job guys , definitely one to recommend !

I used this company to move down to TX. It took about 2 weeks for me to get my items. They helped me out gave me free storage since I was having trouble finding a place to settle into. Their customer service team was great, I updated my address and my items were on a truck with in a couple of days. When the movers got here I didn't have my keys yet. They were nice enough to wait about 15 minutes for me to grab them. Great team! Not the worst moving company I've used.

I feel like I won the lottery with these guys! Last few times I moved it was a complete nightmare. Everyone I spoke to inside this company has so much knowledge on this industry, hats off to the training and experience they have access to.
There was no pressure when calling and talking to my assigned Relocation Specialist, Chris Parker. He was always very friendly and positive. Gave me his personal number to stay in contact after hours and weekends.
Customer Service was my favorite part of the entire move, they send out very informative emails after booking and before I was picked up. Helped me understand what all I need to have packed prior to the crew arriving and even called me through out the entire process to keep me updated.
Delivery took a little longer than I would've liked but was told by friends and family that delivery is always a little longer then expected.
Overall it was always a pleasure experience speaking with the staff even when I had no clue what was going on they always seemed to be one step ahead of the issues which made me feel very comfortable. Hope I don't have to move again anytime soon but you can bet I'll be calling them if I do.

US National gave me probably the best experience i've ever had with moving in my life ! I was surprised with how thorough my coordinator Chris Parker was, especially when he asked me for the dimensions of all my bigger items that I was having moved from New York to California. Out of all the companies and people I spoke with, he took the time to not only answer my questions but give me a ton of information about his company and the moving industry as a whole. He didn't try to pressure me or force me to give him a deposit like some other companies did so needless to say I felt the most comfortable with him. Now when it came down to moving day, Chris and his team was there for me just like he said they would be. They called me with the exact day and time for pick up, the crew came and they were absolutely fantastic, they wrapped and loaded all my things onto the truck with care and got everything delivered in a timely manner. Not to mention communication throughout the entire process was amazing! I highly recommend them for any move.

The move wasn't for me but for my grandmother, we moved her back to florida from north carolina. My representative Phil was a huge help the entire move, the crew was extremely professional and courteous even with all of our antique and treasured family items. My only complaint is that they were a couple days late on the delivery but overall a great company to work with.

At first I was a bit apprehensive about using a professional moving service , but when I called into US National, my assigned coordinator mark was nothing short of knowledgeable , informative , and a great help. He answered all my questions to the best of his ability , helped me save a ton of money and delivered on every promise he made me. The crew showed up on time, wrapped and packaged all my items professionally and got my items to my destination within the estimated
time frame I needed them in. All in all, I would recommend US National to anyone.

We used this company to move my mothers belongings from Indiana to North Carolina for personal reasons. We found this company using google and gave them a call. My sales representative's name was Phil. He was very nice, a little crazy but in a good way!!! Great guy. The price was within budget, so we booked and crossed our fingers, using a cross-country mover can be risky as I've learned in the past. The service was great. The crew was thorough and did a great job packing. We even tipped them due to stellar service. Phil did tell me the move would take about three days to deliver when we booked which was definitely a major sales point to my mom. The move ended up taking 5 days which is why I gave a 4 star on promptness. They were on time and communicated with my mother the whole time however the 3 day mark would of had us delivered on a Saturday, instead it was delivered Monday and my mom had to take off work early. Not a big deal but I use reviews to determine my purchases a lot of the time so I want to give proper feedback to help others do the same. All items were in good order and I tend to agree with the other bloggers on the forum, this company truly gives 5 star service. I'd use em again in a heartbeat!

US National did a great job for me when moving from NJ to Los Angeles. The price was reasonable and everything went very smooth. Matt my sales guy was very honest and prepared me for the move. I had a few request with the date and time and they were able to accommodate my request. Hopefully, I'll never have to move again but if I do US National will be my choice. Thank you guys for such a great, stress-free move.

I selected US National Movers because my rep told me it would be an extremely quick turn around. I got picked up on 2/19. The movers were very helpful. I got my delivery in a 4 day span. Only issue I have is that sometimes they are open on Saturdays and sometimes they are not. Over all great customer service.
