Movers showed up there was an increase in my price. I had called in because I was concerned with the increase. my representative gave me the go ahead to just pay my pick up payment and that they would check the paperwork. I had gone over my space reservation and was charged additional for packing. I had never moved before so they explained to me how the delivery process works and why the packing was needed. My items arrived they were able to put it in each individual room.

The good reviews are fake shell reviews. If you choose to believe them like me I wish you luck.

Total scam . Quote one price then change the price the day before move . The worst customer service I have came across in life . The sad thing is I at first told them I found someone cheaper so they gave me the sales pitch of that you can't trust the cheaper movers because they will keep adding cost as you move!!!! Once again trash company . I promise you , do not sign any estimate contract with them , you will be out of more money by the time of the move .

Just want to give an update at 3 PM I was put on hold waiting to speak with a supervisor , it is now 5:50 pm and still waiting . i am sure they have went home for the day ! Yep they finally hung up on me.

Update part 2 :

Today is the day of the move . Called at 9 am told they would call me back with a time . Called back at 1 pm told between 4-7 . Called back at 6 and told tomorrow . I have to be out of my place today . I can get no refund they say.

PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE ONE WORD FROM ANYONE IN THIS COMPANY ! That's if you can get in touch with them after they take your deposit . It is a shame the USA laws protect criminal moving companies . Contact your senators and reps and let them know how unfair the laws are for the consumer.

Pretty sure all these “great” reviews are fake. They lie to get your business. They are not an actual moving company. They claim to be, but they actually subcontract your job out to other unprofessional moving companies. Whatever price they quote you is about a third of what it will actually cost. They don’t care because you pay them a “deposit” which is really just a fee for them to find some movers for you... which you can do for yourself for free. You’re better off going with the “high priced” movers because you’re going to pay the same amount regardless. Except if you go with this company you don’t even get the benefit of getting what you pay for.

Wonderful experience. As an owner of a real estate company in New Jersey, I have seen and heard all the horror stories. This was pleasant and efficient. There was no wasted time. Highly recommended .

They were quick to get the job done and didn’t waste any time. I had a huge couch to move from 3rd floor to 3rd floor with no elevator and even when they didn’t think it would fit they were willing to try it anyways and they actually found a way to get I through the door. Really great service and would highly recommend these guys! I would definitely use them again in the future!

I love how they wrap the items so they are protected as they are being moved. They did a wonderful job working together quickly and efficiently. When I move I’ll definitely be calling US National Movers. Awesome company! Thank you!

Every member I encountered with this company was POLITE, knowledgeable and efficient....needed move done fast, they came the very next morning, no surprise fees, very good communication -called 30min prior as promised and texted when close by...no waiting around. Worth every penny in this day and age.

Never used a moving company so I didn't know what to expect. I was able to get moved last minute I'm talking about the same day I called last minute. The movers were extremely quick and got me out of a crazy situation with my landlord. I just got my items today and they set everything up in my new pad.

One of the most professional services I have experienced . Punctual and honest . Worth way more money than they charge . 10/10 would use again.

I've had mixed experiences with movers in the past (tardy, rude, careless) but I absolutely recommend these movers and especially this team.

I highly recommend this moving company. They made my move SO much easier than I anticipated, and surpassed my expectations. They were courteous, prompt, and the movers took care of my things like they were moving their own stuff. I had a lot of communication with Adam and he was always polite, flexible, and most importantly clear with me on what I could expect. I think there's something to be said when you can look back on a move and think, "wow, that was easy." If I have to move again in the future I'll definitely use US National Movers. When you get service like I did there is really no reason to look somewhere else.

US National Movers' great movers moved my storage spaces. They did an EXCELLENT job -- not only in packing and moving quickly and professionally, but in arranging the items neatly and perfectly in my new storage space. A great experience. Was a bit hesitant with picking a moving company to move to Naples, but Adam was very friendly and walked me through every step. Great company and even greater service.

Adam and James provided me with great customer service as well as I received my items in a timely fashion with out any damages to my goods. Im very particular about who i hire when i move and my experience with US National was amazing! I was in a rush to move last min and the company completely understood my situation. Not only were they prompt to call me back with more info about the company they also got me on schedule right away. Covered all my fragile pjeces with solid layers so nothing broke during transit and was extremely careful going in and out of the bedroom where my very old and scared cat likes to hide. They were great with My mother in law( who is not the easiest woman to deal with) in answering all of her 100,000 questions and adhere to her intense instructions with a smile something even o have a hard time doing.
All of my furniture made it to my destination without and damages and it meant the world to me that the company not only met my last min timeframe bht was also kind and courteous to my kitty family.... A HUGE PLUS!! 5 STARS all the way around! I will definitely use this company again on my next move.
