We first contacted Roto Rooter about a month ago due to a leak from our second floor into our kitchen ceiling. Chris Ladesic came out and investigated and then brought in someone with a camera. They spent over an hour and never charged us. About a week later the leak came back. I contacted Chris by text and within a couple of hours he was at my house and was able to identify the leak and fix it. Chris is an exceptional plumber and is extremely thorough. We used him again today to replace three very old faucets. I highly recommend this company and Chris Ladesic.

Roto Rooter provided excellent service!! We had a water heater replaced and the service technician, Chris 0368, was awesome! Very helpful and friendly. He took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and what he was going to do. And he took extra effort to get all the parts we needed in a very timely manner. Would absolutely recommend!

We had sewage water backing up into our basement and were unable to use any water in the house. No showers, no flushing the toilet, no laundry, etc. We made an appt. with RotoRooter and they were supposed to come out at 5 pm. Around 6, they called and said they didn’t have anyone in the area and wouldn’t be able to come out until the next morning. I called back and spoke with Elwood. I explained our predicament and he said he would see what he could do. He spoke to his manager and was able to find someone to come out around 10 pm. Brad #1184 was our plumber and he was able to quickly unclog the pipe under our basement and get our household running again. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Our thanks go out to Brad and Elwood!

I can't say enough about these guys. My only regret is not calling them first! Don't be forced into making a decision out of fear of the unknown and don't be fooled by the well orchestrated dance that seems to be the tactic of their competitors. Our main line plug right before Christmas when we had family visiting from out of town. I originally called another group (I won't say who but they drive pink vehicles) to solve it. This seemed to be done but the tech who came said he "hit a wall of something" and recommended a camera inspection which was sent at no cost. When the camera man arrived he quickly said I had a collapsed sewer line and showed me a screen that was definitely a blocked line but it was hard to make out anything specific on the screen. Then he told me I needed to likely replace my whole sewer line at a cost of $7,000 -$9,000. Thus, I called Roto-Rooter and another company for additional estimates. The second company told me the same as the first but undercut the price by $500. Then Bryan Johnson from Roto-rooter arrived with a much better camera that clearly revealed what he called a "soft clog". He then went on to explain the differences in the types of augers that can be used and explained the first company only used a spade bit which does not penetrate clogs well but Roto-Rooter uses a cutting bit and a more powerful auger which can typically clear blockages like mine. He was kind enough to schedule me time the next morning to have Scott Griffith come to my home and properly clear the line. He was able to easily clear the line as he had the knowledge and correct equipment to do the job correctly. What he found was a small amount of tree roots at the location of the original clog with a clear line in all other areas. Bryan came by right after to recheck the line and found it to be clear and in good condition. This saved me at least $6,500 and a massive headache. Don't waste time and money, just call Roto-Rooter!

I was very impressed with the promptness, service and knowledge of the technician Dwayne #3453. He took care of my clogged drainage pipe issue and was courteous and explained what he would do in detail and resolved the problem expeditiously. Thanks again, will use your company again!

We had one leaky toilet and one that needed new parts. Scott took care of it all and explained all of the options to us and the issues. We are more than pleased with his work.

We had a shower leaking into our laundry room. Curtis fixed the leak, he was very professionally, knowledgeable and prompt. We would recommend this company to everyone.

We had a sewage backup into our basement the night before Thanksgiving. Roto-Rooter was the only plumber we could reach who was working on Thanksgiving. Keith Satomi (Tech #3519) came to give us a complimentary quote even though we are an hour out of the city. He also gave other things we should check before the service as it looked like he might not be able to help with our particular problem. We chose to wait and check but after confirming the other items were not the problem we called Keith back. He quickly and professionally solved the problem. Not only did he save Thanksgiving at our house, I learned a lot about our system. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter and especially Keith.

Curtis (653) quickly diagnosed and fixed two different problems that we thought were related, but were not. Dispatch was a little off on their promised time of arrival and the price seemed a little high considering the actual work that was done, but the service was great.

Dwayne was very knowledgeable. He was professional and efficient. Problem solved. We would recommend him to others. :)

They really looked at what was going on with my plumbing and then explained what was wrong. Mark fixed the problem and even had me run water as much as possible all at once to make sure the lines were clear. Even gave me enzymes to keep it clear after he left. I recommend them highly.

Very quick and thorough service. Dwayne tech no. 3453 was great to work with. Called at 6am he showed up 8:30.

Contacted Roto Rooter after our washing machine backed up. Dwayne came to our house promptly, and quickly diagnosed the problem...we needed a new washing machine! Even though it turned out not to be a plumbing issue, Dwayne was very kind and courteous. We will definitely use their services again, if needed in the future.

We had a great experience with Roto Rooter. After recurring issues with the kitchen sink and dishwasher line backing up, the camera view confirmed that our 56 year old line needed to be replaced. Adam suggested we replace the line by attaching PVC pipe overhead, under the floor joists, instead of digging up 25 FT of our basement floor. Today Larry, Nick and Scott implemented the plan that also included upgrading the stack and the floor drain. This was a big job and the 3 experienced technicians completed it with hard work, professionalism and good humor - in one day! We are very pleased with Roto Rooter and highly recommend them.
