Joshua's pest control was awesome, took care of the problems fast Mark V. was great

We've been with Joshua's Pest Control since 2009. We love their service. We get our condo treated for ants every three months. Theyre always on time and I love that they call us to let us know they're on their way. We've had Josh B. treat our home a couple of times.. He is super friendly and explains how the bugs work and what we can do in between treatments to keep the little buggers out. We are extremely HAPPY with Joshua's service.

Joshua's does a good job at my Chula Vista home. They work with my schdule and technicians are always friendly and proffessional. I initially had them treat for ants but later had a mouse problem. I contacted the office and they sent Technician Mark V. He answered all my questions and explained how he'd address the problem. I'm very comfortable continuing business with them.

We have been a Joshua customer for two years. Previously we used Dewey and they we not able to keep ants and earwigs out of our house. Since Joshua and their thorough initial treatment and quarterly follow ups the house has been clear. I believe the granuls they apply to the lawn differentiated them. I have been with Joshua's for over 2 years now and they have been excellent in everything they do. Their technichians are very clean and neatly dressed and very professional. Rick D. was just at my home to do my quarterly service and he did the outside and inside that I had requested. Very polite and helpful. I have had different companies doing our pest control before, but Joshua's service is more thorough.

I have been using Joshua's Pest Control for almost 2 years now, yesterday was the first time I actually had them spray inside the home. Sean M. was very professional and courteous and was willing to work around our dogs.

Very clean cut staff. Quick responce to all call. We had Norweagan Roof Rats on our property, Joshuas"s were here the same day we called placing bate boxes in several area of our property. I have not seen a rat since. I really like their staff!

I signed up with Joshua's a few months ago and still had ant problems after an initial treatment. The service I received when calling back was superb as was the warranty follow-up service at my home inside and out. Joshua B. was great at explaining the treatments being used and vouched for follow-up service if needed after 7-10 days. Will definitely recommend to others.

Mark V. was great in explaining the services provided by Joshua Pest Control and the best bang for my buck. I now understand the methods/solutions that are in place to address the pests that I want removed.

Joshua B. was the third person from Joshua Pest's Control came out to my house because of the ant problem this summer. He asked questions and listened to my concerns. He explained clearly and throughly what he was going to do and how it would be in the next couple weeks. So far, i still see ants wandering indoor, but they move really slow. I think the ant baits Joshua gave me are going to be effective. I've been with Joshua's Pest Control since 2007. They help me to keep ants outside my house every year. I am happy with their service.

They are extremely reliable and do a great job! They make you aware of all your options, and that you know you can call them if you have any further problems. We found Rick to be extremely informative and competent in taking care of our building.
