Joshua B. was my service rep today. He arrived on time, presented himself at my door, explained what he was going to do, asked if there was anything else I needed taken care of, and proceeded to provide the pest control. When done, he stopped at the door again, explained everything he had done, asked if I needed more, and provided a receipt. He was neat, clean, well groomed, and very polite. I was quite impressed with him, his appearance, and his positive attitude.

I had an issue with something eating my tee shirts. Mark was wonderful. He listened to my concerns, took his time and was understanding and truly caring about helping me to solve the problem. He set glue traps and sprayed my closet. We have an ongoing service with Joshua for over a year and therefore they did not charge me for the service call today. I am VERY HAPPY with Joshua Pest Control.

I love having Joshua Pest control!!! Joshua B was my technician today and the most professional and kind person!! He did an awesome job!!!

Joshuas pest control is great. They are always professional and friendly. Our technician joshua b even came in the pouring rain to service our house. He was friendly and did an exceptional job.

Mark V. came out yesterday to take care of an ant problem. He and Joshua's consistently provide excellent customer service. This is a great company. Mark was extremelt friendly, knowledgable, and did a great job.

Today Mark V. came to our house to re-set traps... He is and was the last time he came to our house, very friendly, helpful, and knows all you need to know about mice & rats!! I highly recommend Joshua's Pest Control and "Mark V" Job well done!

I have had Joshua's service my residence for over one year. The ant problems we used to have are now non-existent. Joshua B. was the most recent technician to service our home, and he did a thorough job.

A couple of months ago, i called joshuas pest control considering there amazing reviews, and reasonable prices....but I wrote this review because of the amazing customer service I received from a man named chris. My father and I are absolutly terrified of rats....some way not quite sure how, they made there filthy way into my home....chris could tell when he first got here how disgusted and terrified I was for the safety of myself and more importantly my son, which come to later find out he could relate to because he had a little girl as well. He probably thought to himself at first...oh gosh another crazy customer...but as crazy as I prob seemed to be, he was very helpful, comforting and went above and beyond my needs by even staying past dark to make sure everything was taken care of. Not only that but come to find out he lives close by to where i live and even stopped by just as a courtesy to make sure everything was taken care of to the best of his ability! CHRIS YOUR AMAZING!!!! YOU DESERVE A RAISE AND KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

Wow! Great pest control. I was given the star treatment today with my service. Cory Cleaned all the cobwebs sprayed all around the yard.Put granules all through the yard and was even shaking my trees looking for what he said was ant colonies at the bases. Joshua's great job at having such a good technician in your ranks!

Dan Guerra did an amazing job. He was professional, on time, and took care of all the details. He not only took care of our needs, but he also represented Joshua's Pest Control in a professional and amazing way.
