We just had our initial service and our service rep. Omar Dominguez did an excellent job of getting to all the areas I had problems with spiders and ants. He explained all of the products that he was using. I was pleased with the products as they were not toxic to my cats or grandchildren. I look forward to having a service that will rid my home of pests and if there is any reoccurring issue they will return and take care of it

Jerrod was both very friendly and professional. He thoroughly explained the service provided and answered all our questions. Great experience!

Our service tech, Omar, did a great "initial service" this morning including granular pesticide around the perimeter of the yard. On time and very friendly!! 5 star service.

Angel and his assistant David were extremely professional. Angel explained everything they would do around the house. He made suggestions for me and the dogs. I would request Angel for every appointment if I could.

First day with active First impression . Paul should up on time at my home as promised to me between 9:00 -11:00 am and Paul was here at 9:05 am. Paul introduce himself as my service pro and discussed with me of what service to be done after that Paul went straight performed my initial service. Paul did well presenting himself and very professional. Paul is an asset of this company. Five star

We had our initial visit yesterday and was really impressed with the aptive service pro, Danny. He was very thorough in explaining the service we can expect that day and going forward. Danny was very professional and polite and did a good job. He really impressed us when he came inside to spray by putting on booties to cover his shoes.

Amaro was the technician that serviced my home and I was impressed by his professionalism and courtesy. This was my first appointment and he walked me through everything he planned to do and asked if I had any special concerns. At the end of the appt., he went over everything he accomplished and gave me a few good tips as well. Only one visit so I cannot comment on treatment effectiveness yet but service by Amaro was superior. Thanks!

Anthony was our tech, he showed up on time and took the time to explain what he was going to do. The day he came was very hot, and he did not complain once. It has been 3 days since our home was serviced and its nice walking outside and not running into all kinds of spider webs.

I was using one of the large pest control companies. They behaved like many large companies, raising rates as time went on without notice and without adding any services. When Aptive approached me, I didn't mind switching. Anthony did the initial service, and Manuel responded later when I realized that I had some pests inside the house. They were both courteous, they appeared to know what they were doing, and they both thanked me for my business. They invited me to call any time if I had pest concerns, and assured me that there would be no additional charge for this service.

My Service Pro, Jerrod, did an excellent job explaining the service and next steps, and was very personable and professional, and thorough in spraying all the areas, crevices and spider hiding spots that he could find :)

Anthony did a good job explaining what they are about to do and then reviewed what they did. On a hot day the product dried rapidly and left no smell. The outside cat was not in any danger later as we brought him inside for an hour after they left the property.

We had our first service from Aptive in June. Danny was our technician and did a great job. He removed the cobwebs from the exterior of our home, treated the foundation perimeter and granulated the yard. He also treated the inside of our home, corners of rooms/closets. Danny was professional, arriving on time and explaining what he was going to do. We look forward to our next service in July, knowing Aptive will come out before then, if needed. Nice job, Danny!

both Gabe and Jerome were very thorough explaining the process and reviewing the ongoing fees for their service.

The technician, Amaro, was very thorough, covering every inch of baseboards in my house and garage (plus some attic) as well as entire perimeter around the house exterior and yard. Also, the salesman, Karch Smith, was very responsive and available for questions after the sale.

Don't know how well service works yet but Amaro was on time and very nice and deserves a tip from his boss

Angel came early in the appointment window so he was done in the time scheduled. He explained the process thoroughly and politely. He was dressed and groomed professionally and had good eye contact.
