Was very pleased with both Reed F. who initially signed us up on August 4, and with the technician Anthony for our first service on August 5 where he serviced both inside and outside. Great job!!

Brendan (sales) and Amaro (tech) where both very professional and knowledgeable. Prompt appointment. Amaro was very thorough with the cleanup-prep before he sprayed.

I am always Leary of these "summer sales" pest control. However, I have never been more pleased or happy with this company! No hidden fees, they matched the price of my old pest control company and cut my first visit in half. Amaro provided the service and spent almost an hour throroughly doing the entire inside and outside of our home. And one week later, our ant problem is completely gone! I Have never been happier! I've told all my friends and neighbors. Thanks again Aptive!

Anthony is an excellent representative of Aptive. He was very professional and took the time to explain everything he was going to do before doing it. My husband and I have been wanting to get some sort of insect control company to spray around the outside of our home as the insects and spiders are really bad this summer in san Diego. Very professional and knowledgeable. They came out the same day as I enrolled and offer very good pricing for the service. Service Pro was (Jerrod) who was very knowledgeable about insects and answered all my questions and concerns. He worked fast but made sure to do the job right sweeping all spider webs away and spraying a perimeter around the house and backyard. I would recommend Aptive to friends and family. Good job guys.

Every time that I went out to tell them of a problem that we are having they already had found the problem and already treated it. They know what they are doing.
