We were recommended US Van Lines by a distant relative of ours and we decided to book and go forward with this company . I didn't have too much to move , it was just a bed, frame, night stand, chair, big dresser, and 2 heavy boxes. All of it was pretty expensive so i was a little nervous. We were moving from my bedroom on the second floor to the 2nd floor of our new apartment! So lots of heavy lifting up 2 flights of stairs. I was quoted a price between $400 and $500 and no other fees included. The final price ended up being $450 – and yeh ! And, they were true to their word – so we encounterd no other separate charges.

Our last minute move. And finally we found US Van Lines to accommodate our last minute move. US Van Lines movers were very professional quick, knowledgeable, we schedule our move for October 1st and the movers were hour and half late and they cancel us at last moment when they found out that we are moving from 5th floor to 4th floor. we called lots of moving companies efficient polite and they were working as a chain in the walk up . they wrapped all my furniture and they helped me with dissembling of my big wall unit which was a big headache for me. Thank you US Van Lines.

Having lived all my life in the busy city environment we decided to shift to suburbs to have a fun filled social life as most of our relatives and colleagues lived there. Then a friend recommended I use US Van Lines and I decided to call them up and book them to move from our 2 bed home. The two guys who moved us were fantastic – punctual and also careful with our stuff and knew their duties well. . We had 7 years' worth of stuff in our house, plus a three-year-old and a newborn and we were a bit hesitant to try them out but once they checked in things went fine. . These guys made our moving day heavenly. We will recommend them to everyone looking forward to move and would use them again!

From a week before the move until the day after, the facility offered by US Van Lines was above average. The crew rocked in every way. Believe it or not they appeared pleasant and were professional in their attitude and loaded up boxes like a pro up and down the stairs. They were careful with our furniture and made way out with queen size bed that we had out of the stairways with their determination and technique just because it did not go through our custom-made windows. We appreciated their flexible and positive attitude which they potrayed in every aspect of our move,

We got the team from US Van Lines to get us relocated through a recommendation of a friend. These guys were on time, efficient, and I was contended by one of the team member and they even accomodated some unplanned requests, such as moving from the backyard and back down to the basement. They didn't charge extra other than the additional labor that fit into the entire move. The final cost was only slightly higher than the quote and mainly because I ended up having to move some things I couldn't sell before hand and some other things I was unable to get into storage first.

The guys from US Van Lines knew their job well when we had called them in our lat move these guys were extremely courteous and also hardworking -- they really made a good attempt with all our belongings. I had a a friend who recommended them to us but in actual we had seen them doing hands on while they were relocating as our neighbours decided to call up their customer service dept and came out impressed with their talk and finally decided to book them.up , it is so worth to have all my crap moved within a few hours so i had the opportunity to go out and enjoy the sunshine. Good job overall.

US Van Lines was recommended to us by a friend. I called them and the sales rep obliged in by fulfilling answers to all our queries and concerns. I was impressed and decided to hire them for our move. The entire moving team including the foreman were as decent as someone could have asked for . The move took around 4 hours and I was especially concerned about the huge 6 foot tall grandfathers clock which I had but they had it out from our old place in record time and into the new place without a single scratch on it and I appreciate that their teamwork finally paid.

These guys did our move a few months back - and I'm just now remembering to write about it. Sorry guys. I told them over the phone it would be a tough move, simply because our new place is a third floor walkup and its pretty narrow.



While it took longer than they thought, it was completed with nothing but courtesy, good attitude and strong backs. I couldn't believe how much work it was for them, and they were completely positive the whole way. They couldn't get the sofa up the narrow stairs, so what did they do? Nothing but just lift it up through the balcony. Incredible. Hats off! To guys from US VAN Lines.



Anyway, I will definitely be using them again.

Yea, I am not jumping on to an five star rating for US Van Lines but they came out to me as a company above my satisfaction because I made a wise decision hiring them although this company was recommended to me by a very close friend so I booked them instantly at an advance notice . My move was painful to watch with two different apartments, both walkups mind you, moving cross town into one place; but they did it without any complain and were of good humor and all my stuff survived in tact! I would still recommend them and it would be a fair price for a moving company you can really trust. Thanks.

Found US Van Lines on the net and I found tons of reviews that were associated with this company.and after some initial conversation with this company I knew it was them and this was the company and they readily arranged a team that swung by our apt in the evening at a very convenient time to give us a nice quote combined with a fantastic deal. On the moving day 2 guys moved us within 7 hours and it was an amazing experience. We literally sat on the couch and watched because we didn't have anything to do!. First experience with moving company ever--no regrets, would definitely recommend them .

US Van Lines was recommended to us by my brothers in-laws . The first truck they brought was filled completely and they had to get help from another crew to pack our remaining stuff. The crew worked very fast , were friendly and were extremely accommodating.



I don't believe anyone could have possibly moved everything and more quickly. Actually I probably could have done a better job with listing all of our stuff when we got the quote, nevertheless it actually came out to be almost the same but who knew we had that much crap until it was actually all packed up into boxes, The problem I faced was to postpone my appointment with the broker as they arrived around 20 mins.

I've used US Van Lines twice and have been super happy with them each time. I had very professional service - each time I booked them and they followed up with two confirmation calls and also sent an inventory sheet for me to fill out prior to my move. On moving day, the three guy-team showed up dot at 9 a.m. They moved all of my stuff in less than three hours. The guys clocked their day and didn't waste time on extended breaks. They were courteous and actually seemed to enjoy their work. At the end of the day, these guys made me look like one smart customer and helped me to initiate a good customer relationship of blissful co-habitation.

We were recommended US Van Lines from a colleague in our office and we called them on the day itself. The move went like a breeze to book them and they came up with all answers to our queries and we promptly booked them up. The entire team did a decent job They were on time,organized and also friendly, even though my unbelievably anxious state must have made their job somewhat more frustrating. They not only moved all of my crap but packed most of it and came in under the already reasonable estimate I had been given. Just the nicest bunch of guys and excellent service -- and everything arrived in one piece! I cannot recommend them enough.

Being a music freak I had a huge collection of musical instruments at home the guys from US Van Lines had made it a point to get things out of our old place in record time and shift into the new place without a single scratch and gave us a good deal. They were on time actually 10 minutes early, they appeared to be sweet, professional and also quick with their work. They moved my entire apartment with two flights of stairs upto my new apartment also with two flights of stairs in 3 hours flat .The only inconvenience I faced they they made repeated inquires by calling several times to confirm address.

I called several other movers available on the net and decided to go with US Van Lines. I will say that they had both the best rates and the best customer service for employees of setting up the move at the date and time I requested. The sales rep convinced me that they would offer best of service. As we had to just shift away from one old apartment to another just a few blocks away. They worked really hard and were efficient in packing our stuff and moving it from our apartment. Within the expected time they had loaded, moved, unloaded, and assembled everything. Thanks guys.

After checking so many moving companies on line I decided to use US Van Lines for my move from MD to Long Island NY, not just because they had great reviews but also because I saw few time their truck in my apartment complex so I trusted my neighbors too. My experience with the company was excellent, Shera was the Moving Specialist I was working with and she is helpful polite and very acknowledged, I have one bedroom set and few boxes to move but still moving in NY is not easy. My mover in Maryland and New York were on time and that was very important to me especially in NY where I had only 4 hours for the service elevator and parking the truck actually arrive 30 min earlier but that was not a problem at all. No damages I ended up paying $27 less than my quote I gave $150 but I was so happy and did not mind. Thank you US Van Lines for the Great service.

We used US Van Lines for our recent move. They showed up early before call time, and gave me honest, direct and helpful advice and even shrink-wrapped some items absolutely free. The crew boss helped appraise the size of the storage unit we'd rented, and helped make sure our stuff would fit. The crew had us moved out of our 2 bed apt up 3 flights of switchback stairs, and moved into the storage unit in about 3 hours. Totally impressive- decent prices, nice moving guys, honest appraisal and service with a warm and fuzzy feeling that you're helping people get back on their feet and work. I would recommend them.

We were recommended US Van Lines by a colleague and came out happy only with the initial phone contact that I made to their customer service dept for an inquiry and decided to book them instantly . Seriously, the guys rocked and it took just 10 mins and packed up the truck with all of our belongings in a few short hours. They even carried my very heavy kingsize bed down one flight and up three flights of stairs without scratching any walls. No damage to speak of no stains and this was appreciated. A minor deficiency in their overall service was that they bothered me several times just to reconfirm my place.

I've used services of US Van Lines before. Every time I have called them they have came under budget each time, even when I was living at an impossible-to-get-to place on the side of telegraph hill. On the day of the move, the moving guys were strong, agile, and efficient. This place is perfect for studio and one bedroom moves and I can't speak highly enough of this place. The manager was courteousand pleasantly surprised us after the relocation ended I am sure anyone will be happy to have the right kind of movers for moving needs. Thanks guys.

I've never used a moving company before, always did myself, but the last time I moved, I scratched my furniture, so when I was moving this time, I decided to use movers. I searched on the net, and decided to try US Van Lines. Great from the get go. Customer Service was very kind, and straightforward when it came to pricing. I got a deal because I chose Friday rather than a Saturday or Sunday.



They called me the day before, to confirm. I had a two hour window that they would arrive, between 8 and 10 am, and they showed up promptly at 8:15. 3 guys, all very nice, and FAST. Did not take a break, and all in all the move was less than 3 hours. That included moving my HEAVY furniture from the 2nd floor apartment to the truck, drive time (1/2 hour) and unloading at the new place. I highly recommend US Van Lines. VERY VERY professional.
