We got this company recommended through a common friend who had used US Van Lines several times. Luckily I haven't had to move very often, but when I do, I always call on their team.. I have never had a problem or an issue with this company. They do what they say they will do and are also affordable. I am a person with a whole lot of stuff and they have never complained, even when strapping a steamer trunk to their back. They were careful and nice.and they knew how to communicate with their customers. Thumbs up to I just moved a few weeks ago and everything was just as I had expected. I still recommend this company to anyone looking forward to move in the near future.

I have finally reached the age where it's just not viable to move myself or to rent a truck or to try to get friends to help. This is what money is for. I would rather spend my time on things which provide ease in life so a friend recommended US Van Lines and the initial start came up good right from booking them all things went in a systematic order. On the day of the move they actually scoped out the place I was moving to make sure they could get their truck down the curves in the road and completed the entire job in the most efficient way in the stipulated time. Very nice gesture indeed. Thanks.

Although I compiled 20 or so quotes and many of them were well under what US Van Lines quoted me, I went with them on the strength of my estimator and his honest approach to my estimate. He asked me about so many things that a lot of the companies failed to mention regarding extra fees that I could incur which put me at ease with them. On the actual move, I requested a delivery of the 17th or 18th if possible and they had told me that there could be a variable but they would do their best to make sure I was delivered in that time frame if they could. I was delivered on the 19th which was a Sunday and that worked out just as good so I am a happy customer and would recommend this company as well.

The guys from US Van Lines did my move a week and a half ago and I can say without a hint of exaggeration that I have never seen anyone work so hard in my life like these guys. The team of three that I got was working on the clock, and could have earned more by dallying, but they kept racing back and forth to the truck. It was literally two hours between arrival at my old place and being done at the new place , everything in place as far as I know, nothing damaged. After the job was done the amount due was less than the initial quote and since they completed it before time the amount reduced a little lower than the initial estimate for which I had to face a little inconvenience of going to my bank and ordering a separate cheque for them otherwise their service was not bad at all.

Tim and his crew Frank, Igor, Otis recently moved me. The guys arrived on time (actually a few minutes early) and took care of everything (packing as well as moving.) While it was more expensive than the other quotes I received, I knew that I was in good hands. You do get what you pay for. With some of the moving companies you never know if you can trust them not to help themselves to some of your goods along the way. The crew that came out for my move were well educated/well traveled, honest and worked hard to move everything without damage. The guys got everything to the new location in one piece (no breakage at all.) There were a couple of boxes which weren't marked or which had stuff from two different areas; but since that was the worst thing that happened I can't hold a little mistake in the rush to complete the move on time against them. Next time I need to move, it will be US Van Lines.

I recently moved with US Van Lines and had an excellent experience. Most aspects where I had struggled with previous movers were such a breeze with them...I didn't know this was possible. Right from scheduling to initial estimation visit, Chuck was a pleasure to work with, very honest and up front. When our closing date was delayed at the lenders' end, he even helped reschedule the moving date to a couple days later at our desired times at no extra charge!

The moving crew, headed by Tim, arrived right on time and ready to move. We had chosen a 'full service' move which included both packing and moving...the crew was extremely adept at packing items quickly and appropriately. The icing on the cake was that the crew finished much earlier than the initial estimates...and at a cost of $100 below the initial cost estimate!! Unheard of...

In retrospect, though, if I have to point out any minor improvement areas (yes, they were great, but can be better!), one, they can arrive with better and sufficient boxes (they almost ran out at the end and had to adjust) and two, may be take a couple extra seconds to label boxes better so unpacking is easier. Overall though, I would definitely use US Van Lines again for my moving needs in the future...good job!

The move went great i was very pleased with the service. I was a little shakey about going with them, but now im sending reccomendations. They Were great. IF anyone is htinking about using them Go Ahead you wont be dissapointed. If i do move again i deffiantly will use them again. Justin is a great salesman and so is the whole US Van Lines . There customer service is great, and the sales rep stuck with me the whole way through the move.

Quick and efficient. They even put up with my micromanaging of how to put things in the truck - I have years of Moving experience, they understood. Would give them 5 stars but they were 2 hours late and took longer than we had discussed unloading the truck.

Great Job and very professional. My partner and I had to move his and my apartment into a new apartment all in the past two weeks. Needless to say we had our hands full so it was very important to get the best movers for our budget. We got that and more with US Van Lines.



They were able to schedule two separate moves within a few days notice. The guys showed up early, or on time, and they presented themselves in a very professional manner. They handled all of our items with the best care. Nothing was damaged or mishandled. They worked quickly, efficiently, and smartly. Most importantly, they listened to and followed any of our moving concerns and instructions. They offered great stress relief from the rigors of moving. Great job overall from the front office to the guys in the trucks.



This was our first time using USVL, and we were not disappointed. They will definitely be the first moving company we call for any big moves in the future, and we encourage anyone else to do so.

The guys from US Van Lines were simply fantastic, hard-working and reliable. The elevator in my building has a frequent break down problem and when these guys arrived they understood this concern very clear. I was to move with them and to believe they still were able to move with me out of my studio with loads of my stuff in about 3 hours time – without no complaints at all was amazing . They made the entire process sail smooth. Who knew a moving company could actually provide an outstanding experience? Beth made my reservation and spent so much time answering all my nervous questions (having had bad moving experiences before), without applying any pressure or making me feel rushed. She was simply there to help. Chuck did my estimate and was incredibly fast, helpful, and creative as I tried to figure out ways to make my move more affordable (e.g., which things I should take in my car vs. put in with the movers). Kem (foreman), Darrel, Robert did the pickup and did an amazing job. Wrapped every piece of furniture (I ve NEVER had that happen during a move before), helped me take down curtain rods, helped me diagnose the problem when my vacuum stopped working, helped me make sure I had loaded my car up properly (so things wouldn’t break). Outstanding experience. I already told all my family and friends to call these guys.

I've never used a moving company before, always stuck to a U-Haul, but the last time I moved, I scratched my grandmother's furniture, so when I was moving this time, I decided to use movers. I searched on the net, and decided to try US Van Lines. Great from the get go. Customer Service was very kind, and straightforward when it came to pricing. I got a deal because I chose Friday rather than a Saturday or Sunday.

They called me the day before, to confirm. I had a two hour window that they would arrive, between 8 and 10 am, and they showed up promptly at 8:15. 3 guys, all very nice, and FAST. Did not take a break, and all in all the move was less than 3 hours. That included moving my HEAVY furniture from the 2nd floor apartment to the truck, drive time (1/2 hour) and unloading at the new place. I highly recommend Alliance. VERY VERY professional.

I've used US Van Lines 3 times so far...and all good experiences. They were careful with all my stuff, moved in a timely manner, and were very friendly.



I love the flat rate! The first time I moved with Mover Circle was from Fresno to San Jose. The flat rate is so much cheaper than other long distance moving companies. The other two times I moved was within San Jose, but still chose to go with Mover Circle. I didn't have to worry about an hourly minimum or movers going slow to get more money.



The owner is professional and responds quickly by email and phone. I will definitely give them a call for my next move!

They were able to move us on a very short notice (I called them Tuesday for a move today, Friday - it's a long story...), and deal with the weirdness of two pickups. They fit everything from both my housemate's and my old places in the truck, and brought them in to the new house. The guys were friendly and personable.



The only reason that this is not five stars is that there is a nick on my headboard. Granted it's not super fancy, so maybe I shouldn't be surprised, but I am a bit saddened by it. I can paint over it though, and it should look about as good as new. It should be noted that all the really fragile or delicate things came through without a scratch.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. They deserve NO stars. Our goods were lost along the way and when some of the shipment finally arrived, there were lost furniture items and many broken items. Most of the boxes were crushed and even the plastic containers had footprints on them, just like they had stepped on them. No concern for anyone else's goods and the customer service is PATHETIC. Even the boss doesn't return calls. Claim took 2 months to finalize and we got pennies in return.

I repeat; DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

US Van Lines was recommended to us by a colleague in my office who had recently took a move with them and recommended me that I speak to their customer service dept. I called them up and was so impressed in having all my queries answered that I decided to book them up. This company truly deserves an applaud , .They made everything easy, from the prompt response to my call, the quick in person estimate to the quick and efficient packing and delivery. The price estimate was on target, they were on time, nothing was broken, nothing went missing, their moving team was extremely polite, helpful and patient when I decided to rearrange the furniture, twice. I can't recommend the company enough--I know I will be using them again.

UNETHICAL! UNPROFESSIONAL! I hired US vanlines to move my things from St. Louis to California. They took over a month to deliver my things and came at 10:00 at night, where they proceeded to throw things off the truck in the dark. They damaged over half my furniture (broken, water damage, mold), lost several items (including a box of brand new wedding gifts), and even delivered things that weren't mine! The company didn't care about damages and wanted to give me $200 for all my things. I have never had so called "professionals" be so rude and uncaring about the level of service provided or willing to accept any responsibility. I flew back to St. Louis (at my own cost) and took them to small claims court, where I was awarded $4000. The company proceeded to appeal, not because they had any cause to or because they thought I didn't deserve the money, but because they knew I couldn't afford to come back out for court. After months of arguing, they finally settled on $2000. DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR THINGS BROKEN AND LOST (OR STOLEN) AND NO COMPENSATION!

Henry was a gem to work with, keeping me assured, calm, and confident in my move from the get-go. It was a last-minute move, too, but he was accommodating, and assured me that "this was MY move," which was hugely appreciated.



Bob and Duke were my movers. Personable, professional, quick and efficient. They were an absolute PLEASURE! Plus, they are honest and reasonable, almost to a fault. Almost 45 minutes was used trying to scheme was of getting one sofa in through a tiny door. Though it didn't fit, they tried every possible way, and then only charged my half for their efforts on that part. When does THAT ever happen?



Definitely highly recommended. For the first time ever, my move was a BREEZE. Thank you, US VAN Lines!

5. We used US Van Lines because they were very flexible in working with us. We weren't doing a typical move. We were switching homes in the same building, two large households with lots of things that needed to be coordinated and done at the same time. They gave us a very reasonable quote and were willing to divide the costs.



There was confusion when the workers first came in the morning. They came a little later than we thought we decided on. They seemed to not understand what was going on (thought it was one household, not two) and were a bit overwhelmed. They didn't bring the van we were told they were going to bring (for staging), and comically, one worker literally ran off before starting because it was too overwhelming for him.



To US Van Lines credit though, the owner brought a new worker in a short time while the others got started. They worked hard, fast and very well. It all went very efficiently (used the sidewalk for staging) and without any damage or scratches. Not a single complaint or unnecessary break. They got the whole thing done in one day (they thought it would take part of a second day) and the cost was under what we were quoted. They were supposed to quote us two prices (one for the upstairs and one for the downstairs households), and hadn't. But we worked that out among ourselves.



Overall, very good workers, very fast service and very good price. Because of the small glitches (which in the end didn't actually affect the performance), I'd probably give them a 4.5 if I could.

Moving has never been such a breeze to me. I recently move from St Louis to Florida. Everyone from the sales rep to the actual movers where very professional and very helpful. This is the first time I used a moving company so, I had many questions to be answered. They took the time to sit there and explain to me in full details all the requirements needed to achieve a successful move. They even send out one of their rep to my home free of charge. I was able to receive a binding price which guarantees my moving cost. All together US van lines showed a great interest in customer satisfaction and I will be more then pleased to recommend them to all my friends. They were one day late for delivery but they did compensated me for that. overall I am very satisfied with my move and the movers who moved me.
