I recently had Innovative Construction & Roofing install a new roof on my home and I was impressed by how professional everyone was. They arrived when they said they would and I experienced "NO" surprises. Since having a new roof installed is not something that one does every day, I researched the process and talked to several contractors about the process. Christian and Eric took the time to explain how the process works and why. They also made some helpful suggestions. For example, they suggested that I remove my six metal vents and use a ridge venting sytem since this reduces future issues. Also, they explained why they use underlayment instead of the traditional felt paper and why this is better. The process itself was stress free. They arrived on time, tore off the old roof and installed the new roof - all in one day. They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess at all. More importantly, they were extremely professional and kept me advised through every step of the process. They were great to deal with. I would use Innovative again!

Brian was very professional and easy to work with. The roofers were quick and cleaned up nicely. The roof was done in 1.5 days as planned. No complaints. Would recommend highly.

Patrick was very accommodating, responded quickly, had a great price. Despite some bad weather that moved through, he completed the roof on my home very quickly. The workers also took great care not to damage shrubs, and they cleaned up everything afterwards.

I compared several roofing companies to replace our roof. Innovative was extremely competititve with price and they use top quality products. They took the time to explain to me the difference in traditional roofing materials and Rex Syn. Christian was very patient with me when I had trouble deciding on a shingle. He made several trips to my home to provide me with samples and he also provided me lots of address of houses to drive by to compare shingles. He provided amazing service.

The care they took to help me really was terrific. Christian also mentioned that he thought copper flashing would look good on our house and I am SO HAPPY that I took his suggestion because it does look SUPER!



The crew that put the roof on were so careful and extremely hard workers. My neighbor had a different roofing company put a roof on the month before and they had warned us to be careful of all the nails that would be left behind in the yard when the roof was done. I mentioned my concern to Patrick and Christian and the fact that I couldn't be picking up buckets of nails like my neighbor had especially since I have a 2 yr old and 4 yr old. They assured me it wouldn't be a problem and it wasn't! No nails in our yard. I was so surprised that I even went looking for some and never found 1!

The crew was the best that I have ever had at our home doing any work. I need to get new siding and I will be using Innovative!

Dealing with honest, capable, knowledgeable and efficient construction workmen is a relief and a pleasure. Twice now over the years, Mr. Larson has responded to our calls immediately (literally within hours), to stanch a leak, negotiate with an insurance company and service our roof, gutters, downspouts, etc. He has given freely of his advice regarding the best way to move water away from the foundation in order to preserve a dry basement. He has replaced a window, provided us with a solid, whole new roof, and installed gutter guards, most recently. We wholly endorse Innovative Construction and Roofing. (And in no way are we related to Mr. Larson. We know him only professionally.)

Innovative Construction & Roofing was a pleasure to work with. Not only was their price lower than two other quotes, their service and knowledge was incredible.

They recently removed and re-installed new installation in our attic that had been occupied by raccoons, and put a new roof and gutter guards on our office building. We look forward to working with them at our home next.

Innovative did an excellent job of replacing my hail damaged slate roof. They are very knowledgeable and run a professional operation. You will be pleased to find that they will work with you and listen to your suggestions. The job site was cleaned up every night and the work was started and finished as promised. Do not hesitate to use these guys.

Innovative Construction and Roofing replaced my roof in August of 2010. They did an excellent job and the roof looks great. Their representative helped with filing a claim with my insurance company, met with the adjustor and made the overall process easy on me. The installation was completed on time and done for the amount that was estimated. I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done, and would recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof.

I had Patrick from Innovative come and inspect my slate roof after a bad hail storm. There was terrible damage to the slates and all the copper. Patrick felt the roof needed to be replaced and so did I after looking at all the pictures he had taken. His report was very thorough and detailed. There was no disputing the damage the hail had done. I won't mention the name of my insurance company, but they tried very very hard to just make some minor repairs and leave the rest of the mess for me. Patrick and Christian, from Innovative, helped me work with the insurance company. They finally agreed to pay for the new roof. Over and above that they tore down the old and installed a new slate roof. They worked hard, were very polite and they cleaned everything up in the evenings when they would leave. Slate roofing is a huge mess to tear down and put up. My yard, house and driveway was spotless every night when they left. You had no idea they were even there when they left. Besides the brand new roof.

I had major animal damage to my roof and met Christian through him doing work for one of my neighbors. He was very professional and quoted us on our roof and gutters. I know nothing about roofs or construction and wasn't sure who to trust. My brother-in-law was in from out of town, he took a look and worked up a very fair quote for what it should be and gave me questions to ask Christian. The quote was a dead on match so I knew I wasn't being taken advantage of. He uses high quality material and got the job done in a couple days!! I would highly recommend him if you need any work done to your home. Thanks to the whole team at Innovative Construction!

I had some roof damage both on my house and my garage back in November. I saw an Innovative truck up the street and talked to a man named Chris. Chris inspected the roof, guttering and carport roof. He then inspected the garage . Chris said I should contact my insurance company ( State Farm) and he would even meet with their adjuster.

Chris met the adjuster and me and within an hour, an agreement had been reached. The work was scheduled to begin with in 2 weeks. Innovative called with a start date and they were very prompt. Within 1 1/2 days, I had a new roof on the house and garage, new roof over the carport and new awnings all the way around. When the men were done, there was not a nail lying on the ground.

Since then I have referred Innovative to my daughter as well as several neighbors.Innovatives prices were the best and their workmanship was second to none.I was really impressed with the relationship between Innovative and State Farm, also.

I had ICR repair the whole roof of my carport all the way down to the joists b/c of water damage. They had it done in approximately 6 hours and it looks great. Pat and Christian are great and kept me informed of everything that was going on with the repair. They took before and after pictures and even took pictures of some of the problems they found while repairing the roof so that they could fix it properly. I highly recommend this company for any roof repair!

After our home sustained damage during one of those dreadful “downburst” storms, I called Innovative Roofing & Construction, and they came out very promptly to do an estimate. As soon my insurance company scheduled an inspector, Innovative Roofing & Construction was on the ball to meet with them. When it came to actually doing the work, I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently the crews worked. They were very courteous and well-mannered young men. I really liked that they showed respect for my property by carefully moving things around and covering things in order to avoid any damage. After they had completed the work and left, you could not tell by my property that a roof had been completely torn off – except for the beautiful new roof left behind. The clean up was amazing. I could not find one nail or even a piece of a shingle in any of my shrubbery. If quality workmanship matters to you, you should call Innovative Roofing & Construction. !!

After my insurance compnay refused to cover the cost of repairs to my home's roof, we got professional help from Inn ovative Construction and Roofing. Innovative with their expertise was able to get my insurance company to cover the cost of a brand new roof!

In less than 2-days Innovative stripped 2-old roofs off my home, and installed a new roof, all new flashing & vents, new skylights, full perimeter trim, and added ridge vents. The roof is almost 2-years old and still looks great! We have not experienced one problem since the roof was installed.

Having owned several homes for the past 25 years, I have dealt with the good, the bad and the incompetent for home repairs. No one had ever achieved "Best" category until Innovative Construction came along. Do yourself, your sanity and your pocketbook a favor. Hire Innovative Construction. As a working professional, I flattered myself in thinking I was pretty doggone smart in the ways of business, contracts and insurance. After a hail/wind storm hit Springfield, Missouri in 2008, I contacted my insurance company (one of the major players) for extensive damage to my expansive, flat roof. They turned me down. Repeatedly. Along came Brian Benson of Innovative Construction, one of four companies I had contacted for estimates. His knowledge, extremely fair pricing, and innate understanding of how insurance companies REALLY work, blew away the competition. But what did that matter if my insurance company refused to recognize my claim? I thought I was at a dead end. But Mr. Benson changed all that. In short, I authorized him to represent me with my insurance company. With him on board, my insurance company eventually approved more than $90,000 of damages. Now the best part. Innovative Construction's crew was the most skilled, careful, thorough and knowledgeable I had ever dealt with. They did a complete tear-off and replacement of over 9,600 square feet of roof. Their attention to detail was unbelievable. Chimneys, vents, flashing, lightning rods, satellite dishes….nothing was overlooked. Nothing undone. They were completely "buttoned up". During and after the job, Brian Benson's follow-up was second to none. He insured that every aspect of the work was perfect. He was on-site throughout, even though he traveled several hours to be there. And that's where they make another big stride over the competition. INNOVATIVE CONSTRUCTION routinely travels throughout the Midwest before, during and after the job. Whether it's Oklahoma, Indiana, Louisiana, Missouri, Illinois or beyond….they'll be there. Innovative Construction & Roofing handled a house roof, garage roof and an awning replacement for us. This was our first experience with a roofing company and the experience was excellent! The workers showed up in the morning, began working and had the house roof completely finished by that evening. The next day the garage roof was replaced and a few weeks later, due to it needing to be ordered, the awning was replaced. Additionally, they cleaned up the mess and insured there weren't any nails lingering on the driveway or grass surrounding the house. They were very throurough, courteous and fair. The house looks fantastic and the awning a huge improvement as well! Another concern of ours was that the satellite dish had to be removed in order to complete the job and there was a risk of needing the satellite company out to re-align the dish which turned out to be no problem as their attention to detail provided minimal disruption to our service. They worked with our insurance company and handled everything for us.

From the start they worked with my insurance company to get approval for replacement. The job was done professionalyy and looks great. They use quality materials and the house looks awesome!

We had the siding installed on our home, August of 2008. The people from Innovative were very professional and pleasant to deal with. We had no problems with the invoice, what they quoted was what we were billed. No surprises or unforseen up charges.



The job took 4 days to complete, exactly what they quoted.



We now have gone through two winters and have seen our heating and cooling bills, remain the same, even though in the St. Louis area, we have had two very difficult winters and a price increase from AmenUE.

They are the first roofing contractor that I have ever worked with (out of many) that I actually trusted and I felt were really helping me with my roofing problems.
