Greg Oeltjen talked to us about storm damage and roofing coverage with insurance after the May 25, 2011 large hail storm in So. County. He was thorough and fair sharing his expertise and the experience and quality of Innovative. My husband was convinced they used better underlayment for the rood and our experience with their work met all wer had been told. The work was completed in one day as told and when I returned home, the yard looked like no one had been there. Roof looks great. I had them do my mom's roof in south city. They again did a very good job and timely as they said. I would recommend them and Greg is a good marketer for this company.

Service was great, done in a timely manner and staff was friendly.

We give this company 5 strong gold stars and I can say that is because of their sales representative Eric Schuepfer. I saw their sign in a yard, called them for an estimate, which was in April. His initial contact with us was professional, he knew what he was talking about and became our liaison with our insurance company. Our home sustained both roof and siding damage. Our claim has become somewhat of a ongoing claim with the insurance company and Eric has been there and continues to be there every step of the way. Our roof is complete and we couldn't have been more pleased with the crew. They had it completely finished in 1 day. Our landscaping was covered so no damage was done and clean up was fantastic. We are still working with the insurance company on the siding of the house and Eric continues to seek our best interest out in making sure we receive complete satisfaction. I believe this company is a top notch company and mainly because of the professional service and guidance we have received from Eric. This company is a complete service contracting firm and we would highly recommend them, mainly because of the quality of their products and their sales representative Eric Schuepfer.

I live in St. Charles County and the entire area was hit by a hail storm - bringing contractors from everywhere beating on the door making promises! I received Crag's name from a friend of mine who had a positive experience and WOW was I pleased with the entire process. On time for our meeting, didn't try too hard sell me on anything - their crew did a fabulous job, even painted the pipe jacks to match our new shake wood colored roof. In my opinion Innovative Construction gets and A+++ and I would recommend them.

We looked at several roofing companies and received several bids. Innovative had the best value (price and product) and they were able to provide many homes in our area that they had completed. We stopped at several homes and asked about their experience. Everyone gave great reviews. After seeing the finished product on my own home, I couldn't be any happier.

I worked with Patrick for over 1.5 years to methodically work through an insurance claim. Once we received the settlement, Patrick was phenomenal to work with as we sorted out all the details of the project - colors, timeline, etc. We did a full new slate roof, all new gutters/downspouts and some siding as well. All trades/crews did good work and they all did a very good job of cleaning up after themselves.

The O’Fallon Missouri area suffered several damaging hail storms in April of 2011. After the hail storms we experienced a flood of roofing companies that came door to door requesting to jump up on our roof for a quick assessment of damage. Innovative Construction and Roofing was by far the most professional and easiest to work with through the process. I’ve used other roofing companies in the past but from this point forward I’ll only use Innovative Construction and Roofing.

Craig and Eric visited my home on a couple different occasions and took the time to explain the entire process as well as all the upgraded materials they include on their standard roof (this alone sets them apart from the rest). I never felt rushed or pushed through the process, all their focus was on me and my needs. After being educated on the roofing process and the materials used by Innovative Roofing I’m confident that I have the best roof in the neighborhood. I was not home while the work was performed but upon returning I could not tell they were even there, other than my new roof, the clean-up was fabulous and the quality of work is unmatched. Now, my roof is one thing I do not need to worry about since Innovative Roofing is standing behind me. I personally recommend Innovative Construction and Roofing to anyone who is looking to have work done on their roof, gutters, down spouts, fascia or any other type of exterior projects.

I am very pleased with my experience with Inovative Construction & Roofing. We had our roof replaced this spring and the process took all of one and a half days. I first met with Christian Larson who kept me informed of each step of the process. The roofers were exceptionally courteous and extremely professional. The work was of high quality as were the materials used. All my landscaping was protected and the yard was kept clean and neat throughout the job. I would not hesitate to call them again for any future roofing projects.

Innovative gave me the lowest bid and provided outstanding work for my slate-tile roof. I've tried 3 other slate roofing companies and Innovative by far is the best. I will NEVER use St. Louis Slate & Tile again as they were un-responsive, did shoddy work that continually had to be patched and then tried to tell me it wasn't my roof that was leaking it was a "wet" chimney.



Innovative took one look at my situation and showed me via pictures exactly what the issues were and how they could fix them. Even better, they were the lowest bid.



I couldn't be happier with my decision to use Innovative for my roofing repairs.

I recently used Innovative Construction & Roofing to replace my roof because of a recent wind storm. Eric did a fabulous job coordinating with the insurance adjustor and the crew to get everything finished in a very timely manner, while also keeping me apprised of any changes or adjustments. The scheduled date to get the roof on was even changed due to possible impending rain so it would not be delayed any longer. The crew worked quickly and tirelessly until it was finished, while leaving no trace of being here once they were finished.

We needed to have our roof replaced and hired Innovative Construction & Roofing, STL to do the work. Everyone was very helpful. We had the insurance company come to our home to look at damage on the roof , 2 different adjusters, two different times. Innovative Construction sent someone to meet with the adjusters bo...th times, in fact, they even worked with the insurance company directly for one of the inspections to arrange a time for everyone to meet. This was very nice, I didn't have to make several calls trying to arrange the meetings. The price was great. We were not sure if the wood under the shingles was damaged and would have to be replaced. Kevin worked with me and was not upset that I did not decide on which shingle I wanted to use until we knew the wood underneath the old shingles was OK. The work was completed when they said it would be. They were also able to replace our gutters and down spouts. This was a great experience, I have used contractors for other jobs, and have been disappointed by their promises and and failure to complete work. Not the case here, don't bother with other estimates. Innovative Construction & roofing will meet or even exceed your expectations.

As a General Contractor and property owner, I have used many, many roofing companies throughout the years. They all start off giving you the same promises, yet I had never met one who would follow through...unity Innovative Construction & Roofing. At Innovative, they have the proven expertise to do even the most difficult jobs. They have done everything from $200,000 slate roofs to $500 roof repairs for me, and each was give the same care and attention to detail. I will contintue to use them for many years and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, reliability and service.

Innovative Construction & Roofing completed the replacement of a portion of a 130,000 sf warehouse for the owner on time and within budget. They were very helpful in recognizing the problem and formulating several solutions and won a competitive bid. They were professional and demonstrated a thorough understanding of the roofing business.

ICR recently completed a roof renovation on our house and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. From start to finish - a quick turnaround on the bid - to working a long day in order to complete the job quickly - we were pleased.

Innovative Construction & Roofing just finished installing a new roof on our home. We chose them because their bid was the lowest and our regular contractor recommended them to us. They were very professional in recommending what we needed to do on our roof and their bid was, by far, the best of the three bids we had.



I'm often concerned that the low bidder will cut corners or "forget" some cost. We desired a first class job which is what we received. The crew worked the first day from 6am until well after dark to make sure everything was covered before an expected rain storm. They thoroughly cleaned up the site before they left. The were all courteous and very hard workers. They came back after the storms to finish up the job and made sure everything was cleaned up as promised. Their trailer ran over our yard causing ruts which were promptly repaired by a landscaper.



We asked for and received top quality shingles and underlayment. We also received top quality installation. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof.
