John was on time and concisely explained the process Alterra recommends as well as answered the different questions my wife and I had on a specific type of spider that we had seen often. He was knowledgeable and friendly.

Justin O. Did an excellent job today at my free re-service. I recently moved to a new house and he remembered me from servicing my previous home. Justin took the time to ask me about the problem areas so he could effectively treat the proble areas. He located some ant nests around our trees and treated those. He also treated the inside/outside for spiders and knocked all the webs from the eaves.



Justin is friendly, courteous, and knowledgable in his job.

Corey M. provided excellent customer service. He addressed all concerns we had with a positive attitude. Additionally, he noticed my wife limping while taking out the trash. She recently had a motorcycle accident resulting in a broken toe. He insisted on running the trash to the garbage can for her. Gestures of kindness such as this, go a long way.
