Justin O. arrived on time and went right to the task. I asked for indoor treatment and with no hesitation, he obliged. His performance both outdoor and indoor was exceptional. Alberto T. gave outstanding service today, assisting with a beetle infestation I have in my trees & rose bushes, in addition to using an extra long extension to brush/knock down all hornets & wasps nests (in 2 yrs of service, no one else has ever done this!). He was very helpful & considerate of my 2 dogs...he did however ask for a tip ;-(

With all the rain lately, it's really been hindering what can be treated outside, but Nate G. was very professional and didn't let the downpour stop him as he went ahead and swept down the spiderwebs all along the outside of my house.

I had a very great visit today. My service tech, Aaron was on time and very polite. He explained to me what he was going to do today and asked me if I had any concerns I wanted addressed. I was impressed by how well he explained things and how he made sure to go all around the inside of the house and the outside of the house. I love that Alterra uses products that won't harm my pets. Gives me peace of mind.
