If you’re thinking of hiring Steve and his team for your credit repair needs, DO IT and do it FAST!!! I reached out to Steve Tansey in 2018 by referral of a friend who had a great experience with him. I never expected Steve to be able to do for me what he did for my friend, which was get her from bad credit to great credit in order to purchase her house. Well… I got on the phone with Steve and I was honestly struggling financially but I knew that if I didn’t make the decision to have him help me build a better credit, I would never be a homeowner. I had to make the decision and I had to make it fast. it took about 6 months for the results to start showing and I couldn’t be happier, but the true happiness was when I applied for a home loan and I got APPROVED, I was able to purchase my house in October 2021. In all honesty, I never thought the American dream would be possible for me, but Steve and his team made it happened. I rave about him because they know what they are doing and they do it well. I am an employee as well as a client here. I love the program we have to offer. I just started the program myself about 2 weeks ago and I am excited to see how my credit will improve. Working with Steve Tansey has been such a pleasure! I struggled with a credit issue stemming from a mortgage that my ex-husband and I shared. I gave up trying to resolve the issue myself with the mortgage company/credit bureaus and resolved that I would just have to live with it on my credit report until it drops off. When I first began with James my credit was not so great sure wasn't close to what it is today ! James at White Jacobs has worked with me diligently on helping me to increase my scores. He followed up with me through out the 5 months that I have been working with him to verify that all docs have been sent out and received replies resulting in some excellent changes to my reports. I would definitely recommend using White Jacobs for all of your credit repair needs.

James has been an incremental player in restoring/repairing my credit. My initial report started with 11 pages of bad choices and bad credit. At the end, all but 2 accounts were able to be resolved and removed, which are still in process. As well as cleaning up credit, James gave me expert advice in sequential order to begin to build good credit again through strategic purchases with certain lenders. My median credit score jumped over 100 points in 6 months. I've already recommended him to a dozen others. I contacted James Lee through a recommendation from another Mom on Facebook. I paid about $1200 and to me, it was totally worth it. I have a bankruptcy on my record, a repossession and a bunch of medical bills, bills stuck after my bankruptcy, etc. Thanks to James Lee my credit score went from low 500s to high 600s and once I pay my credit card down, my credit will bump into the 700s. Steve Tansy has been SO great, he quickly responds to emails and phone calls, and is never rushed...he will more than thoroughly explain and re-explain everything. We were very skeptical because of the financial investment of hiring him and a lot of real estate, mortgage, and credit professionals will tell you that spending money to fix your credit isn't worth it because you can do it yourself for free. I'm telling you- SPEND the money, it is worth above and beyond what they charge...it would have taken me hours and hours and hours, months of letters and phone calls and probably years off my life because of the stress attempting to accomplish what Steve Tansy was able to do in a month. One year ago I called White Jacobs and associates and spoke with James Lee. I was very leery about paying someone to help me with my credit because I have heard so many horror stories.  Calling White Jacobs and associates and speaking with James Lee was one of the best decisions I have ever made. James is very professional but yet very easy to talk to. I was never embarrassed talking to him regarding my credit issues. James was amazing from the very beginning. Before I even entered the program, he was very straight forward and honest about my unique situation. It was no pressure from his end. He allowed me to decided for myself on how I wanted to handle repairing my credit. I'm 32 years old and made some very poor decisions when I was in college that led to me having a very poor credit score. I started the program in January 2017 with a credit score of 520. I was always getting turned down for numerous things due to my poor credit score. When I did find a company that would let me finance, the interest rates were through the roof! My credit situation literally started negatively effecting my life in a huge way, from where I had to settled to live and even putting unnecessary stress on my marriage. It is April 2017 and my credit score is 766. I can't even begin to explain how much of an impact being in this program has made on my life. I start to tear up when I think about how far I've come.
