Southwest Movers recently did my move on 1/17/10 and I had a great experience with them. The crew was very efficient and helpfull. Not to mention they were on time and deffinately a moving company that I would recomend to anyone. These guys were very hard workers that knew what they were doing and had no problem moving heavy furniture including my piano! Very amazed with the crew and the office customer service!

The worst moving experience I have ever had. Two non-English speaking movers who were extremely slow milking the clock. They also failed to mention to me the additional charges until they wrote up the bill. 35$ just to go upstairs? 15% gas charge. They were so slow ( one was in his late 20s and the other was over 40 with apparent back problems) it took them 9 hours to do a 5 hour job. Dont forget the hour service charge! Oh yeah and don't be surprised either if your furniture gets damaged. Customer Service, Maria A., was a piece of work too. She would not budge on any of the issues I had. She did give me 5% off on the gas, WOOHOO! I was livid.

Southwest Movers was a reliable moving company I had to put my move on hold and when I was ready to move the same afternoon they sent a crew to my home. The Crew was very helpful and great workers my move was awesome!!! Thank you Southwest Movers I gladly recomend you to anyone!!!
