I have used Steamwave (clay) the owner for years we own rental homes and a small business here in casstle rock. He has always done great work and been honest about everything we needed to get the most from his cleaning methods, i love that this guy is like no other when it come to cleaning . Clay is my personal friend, and does quality work. i have never met a guy in this field quite like him.

Clay did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets! I have two young kids and a dog, so my carpets were pretty nasty. He was able to get out all the stains and the carpets look better than they did when we moved in almost 2 years ago! I also really appreciated that he took time to educate me on how to better care for my carpets in the future. We will definitely use him next time we need our carpets cleaned.

I called these guys for my home in Parker and they came and stretched my carpet and removed my pet stains it look brand new thanks guys again I will be telling all my girlfriends who to call for cleaning

Go with another company!!! Twice now they have shown up at my house and tried to triple or quadruple their original price quote. When I used them the first time, they were great, and only charged $179 for the entire house except two bedrooms. They showed up this time and wanted over $500 with just two additional rooms. Be very careful if you choose this company.

Steamwave did a great job. I have learned a lot about my floors and general carpet cleaning and maintenance using Clay. I have used them a few times and will continue to use them.

Steamwave met my expectations, and then some (Clay) the owner even gave me some edauction on pet stains cause my puppy has accidents from time to time and he really knows his business I will continue to use Steamwave for all my cleaning needs on all rentals I own thanks again guys best I have ever come across when it comes to cleaning

Steam Wave Carpet Cleaning came to our house on time and the owner, Clay, did a great job. We were charged a good price for 3 rooms and he removed a pet stain that we had. I recommend Steam Wave Carpet Cleaning to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned.

We were absolutely AMAZED at the great job Clay did with our carpets. When we recently moved, we found stains, left by our children and pets, that had been there for years. Clay was able to remove almost all of them.

Very disappointed with this company for the amount I paid. Carpets were still wet more than 48 hrs after cleaning. The tech never even discussed the issue of any stains on the carpet and ultimately the stains were not cleaned. According to their coupon "Every customer receives a free bottle of spot remover" which was never even offered to me. When I called to complain and spoke with the owner of course he only offered to speak to the tech that did the cleaning and made me feel that I did not use all resources to speed up the drying process. As far as the stain I was also made to feel that I needed to point this out and of course it cost more. I would've been happy to pay a difference in price for this but was never even discussed with the tech. I will be surprised if they follow through and bring by my free bottle of spot remover!

I had my carpet clean by steam way I was a little skeptic about the price, so I went ahead and had them do the deep clean and after they where I'm glad I paid a little extra. My carpet looks great. This guys know what they are doing. You get what you pay for. I recommend this company to anyone that wants quality work.

Clay was able to get us in the week we called!! He was able to come early and gave us a call first to make sure it was ok. He was very friendly and did a GREAT JOB!!!
