Clay did a wonderful job personally making sure that our carpets and ducts got cleaned. He really showed his and his company's integrity by going above and beyond to make sure our white carpets got cleaned. We will use him again and would recommend him to others.

My wife and I were getting our home ready to host a party and unfortunately waited until the last minute to get our carpets cleaned. We called Steamwave and spoke with clay, he was able to accommodate our needs with the short notice. He did an amazing job! Clay also told us that he could make our old hardwood floors look new by re-glazing them. We decided to go ahead and get our hardwood floors done as well and sure enough they came out looking like new. We were very pleased with Steamwave and would highly recommend them. Great quality work!!

This was the company we chose and will always choose to work with because not only are they very professional, but they get their work done quickly and take pride in it. The work they do is amazing and i highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Steamwave came out and did a great job cleaning our floors. Other carpet companies I have had out to our home have had run down and old equipment. Steamwave's equipment is all new and in great condition. I was very happy knowing I paid a few dollars more for great equipment that I knew could get our carpets cleaned the right way.

I really wish I would have read the bad reviews before hiring Steam Wave. We just bought our house, and I have noticed a bad smell coming from the carpet in the basement. Clay came out in the pouring down rain during the 2-hour window, but he did not put protective covers on his shoes....every carpet cleaning company I have worked with before has done that. He also refused to move a few pieces of furniture. How am I supposed to know that the bad smell isn't coming from a spot under the sofa? It is over 12 hours later, and my carpet is still damp. When I called to complain, Clay blamed the humidity in the basement. He also said his prices are so high because of the expensive organic products he uses. My carpet is clean, but I spent $289 (with a coupon!) for less than 1000 sq. ft. of carpet, much more than I would have liked or expected. Be cautious in hiring this company.

Steam Wave did an amazing job! They showed up on-time and left my carpets, stairs, hardwood floors and couches/chairs looking like new. They were very professional and reasonably priced!! Highly recommeded and we will use them again!

I scheduled an appointment and was quoted a time between 12 and 2. They didn't show up or call in this time window. I finally called and was told they tried to call and showed up (they didn't call and no one showed up). Since I couldn't get someone out quick enough to clean the carpets agreed to have them come the next morning. The price quoted on the phone was not the charge once he arrived. The work was quick, sloppy and not the professional cleaning I was looking for. I wouldn't recommend using this company to anyone. The price was higher that quoted and the work was below average.

The first time I called Steam Wave, my dog was ill and made a disgusting mess all over my living room. I called Clay in a panic early on a Saturday morning because I NEEDED it clean with 3 young children in the house! He made me a priority and came right over. The carpets looked amazing. I called on him again for carpet cleaning now that we're moving and the carpets look amazing yet again. No trace of dog stains or kid stains anywhere! A great price and great service. I'll continue to use them in the future.

Clay is very professional and definitely knows what he is doing. My carpets have never looked cleaner. He got every spot up! I will continue to use steam wave and recommend this company to everyone!

Believe all the bad reviews on here! Clay is only interested in gouging customers for as much as he thinks he can get by with. He is a scammer and does not really care about your carpet if he cannot talk you into all his bogus extra charges. Residue was left on carpet and it feels crusty now because he was in such a hurry that he didn't want to properly suck up the excessive water and chemicals that was left all over. He does not even move furniture unless you stand there and request it. What!? Then he became rude and acted annoyed and marked up the wall shoving the couch around. On the phone they said $145 to stretch the carpet but then said it would be $290 when he came. He said the throw rug is not part of the 3 room deal and would cost an extra $89. When I expressed shock he said he would do the rug without charging labor but the chemicals alone cost $50 and that was the best he could do. What!? He is obnoxious and knows nothing about customer service. He tacked on $22 dollars to the bill and when I questioned it he said it was for taxes and gas. What!? I live a short distance from him in Castle Rock. Their web site says a free bottle of spot remover for every customer. He never offered. Do not make the mistake I made! Go elsewhere! Trust me! Read all the bad reviews. DO NOT trust the good reviews - they are probably family and friends and ones he sent in himself. He is totally dishonest.

Clay did a great job when cleaning my carpets in novermber. He did so well that I am using him again for my spring clean.

Clay from Steam Wave has come out to clean and sanitize the carpet in my house twice now and both times I've been very impressed. The problem spots that always re-appear when I spot clean are finally gone. The carpet looks and feels amazing after he's done. Clay is always professional, honest, and fair.

When Clay showed up to clean all of the rooms in our house, I thought it would be a challenge to get the carpets looking clean and new. We have multiple pets running around in here all the time so as you could imagine, the carpets were really dirty. I took before and after pictures and I couldn't believe the difference. Clay was professional, quick, and affordable. Definitely worth the money to have him come out and clean your carpets correctly. We will be using him again, without a doubt!

I had a room with several pet stains on the carpet. After 10 minutes of cleaning the spots were gone. Steam wave did a very good job!
