I've always had a great experience with this company. On my last order, I ordered several custom frames and needed them within a week for an upcoming show. I called and explained my sob story and they ended up making my custom frames and shipping them out the next day for no extra cost. Frames arrived with a couple of days to spare and were stunningly beautiful as they always are. So grateful for what they did for me and can't sing enough praises about them. Doesn't hurt that they blew the socks off what would cost me locally. Never had any problems with them except for shipping damage on one of my orders, but that wasn't there fault and they replaced it for me without having me file a UPS claim.

I always end up kicking myself after a bad online purchase, especially when I check the reviews after the fact. This site is crap, the frames are awful and you have to assemble them yourselves, even the backing, brackets, etc. Then when you attempt to hang the frame, the crappy wood actually bends as it cannot support the weight of the acrylic and painting. If you want to return the item you end up getting charged for shipping, both ways and a 25% restocking fee. Purchase was a huge headache, ended up getting only 50% of the money back, to say nothing of my time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Never, I repeat, never order from this company. I ordered two frames - one of which was barely acceptable; the other had such poorly mitered corners that you could see through each of the four corners. I sent photos to the company and they offered a 30% credit or an option for me to buy frame gap fillers from a supply store. What a rip off. They don't deserve one star.

Avoid this company like the plague! Misadvertising, high shipping rates and poor customer service...

Saved a few hundred dollars by ordering my custom frame online from Custom Frame Solutions. Same exact molding as in the custom frame store I went to, but only fraction of the cost. I had to frame my artwork myself, but with the custom materials in hand, that part is easy.
