We ordered a frame for a 55" Flat TV. We talked with customer service, and they were amazing! The frame is gorgeous, the quality is great and it fits PERFECT to the tv!!!
I highly recommend Custom Frame Solutions! They not only have a great selection of high quality frames, but also they do an excellent job customizing the frames!!!

My experience is one stating that you must be aware and avoid this company! There was a bait-and-switch in that I spent over $160 for a 24" X 48" custom frame for a painting, and was sent a 4" X 6" plastic frame that can be purchased from Walgreens! As you can see by the photo, the frame is a tad bit longer than a Verizon remote control. As of this review - I'd contacted the company via email and phone. Have not received a response (other than acknowledging the email). I'm currently attempting to get my money back from PayPal. Stay away from this company!

I ordered two frames. The first was perfect. The second was the wrong size. The company immediately sent me a replacement. No complaints. Am happy.

I was able to frame my child's artwork without breaking the bank! Great to be able to choose exact size of the frame & mat, as the artwork was square. Gave it a very custom look, instead of trying to fit it into a frame off the shelf. Delivery was quick, and packaging was very good. I ordered acrylic instead of glass, and both sides were covered with a protective coating, so no scratches. Very pleased with my purchase!

Frame went together well. The glass broke, but Custom Frame Solutions replaced it quickly at no extra cost. Very happy!

The quality of the frame was very good. It did arrive without the accessories that I had ordered but after a call to customer service, the missing pieces were promptly sent. Excellent service and product.

I've ordered many times and have never been disappointed. In fact, I've been thrilled to find that some frames have been WAY more attractive in person than the photos.

Had to assemble the frame and pieces myself including the acrylic that was too big for the frame and had to be sanded down. the foam board was bowed and messed up. The pieces are cheap, overall a $120 piece of garbage

zero starts if I could. Terrible quality frames. Mitered corners do not fit tightly together and there are gaps. Paint flaked off easy when assembling. Terrible service. They never answer the phone, probably one person selling out of their basement. Shipping costs are very high as are sample costs compared to other companies. I plan to fight the charges with my mastercard if they do not take the defective frame back and give me a 100% refund including shipping both ways! Do not buy from them. the falsely advertise all these 5 star reviews, and if you go to their site you are unable to even write a review. I plan to report the company to the consumer protection agency.

DITTO!! no one answers the phone or responds to your voice mail. called twice and emailed twice without any response. Also, I've already been charged. ALL internet companies I've dealt with DO NOT charge you until the product shipped. I just emailed again requesting a refund...fingers crossed!!

Horrible service, No one EVER answers the phone, the answering machine makes you believe there is a real business.

I ordered frame and acrylic/ backing package, frame came slightly scratched but I decided to keep it, acrylic and backing came damaged, I requested replacement, 2nd also came broken. No one replied to my emails for almost 2 weeks. I did not want to risk a 3rd broken acrylic and requested refund. Eventually I got it, but only half of the amount. It took a month and a half waiting and arguing. Not worth it ! Check around local frame stores, they all sell the same frames and for the same price.

Frame arrived quickly in perfect condition, perfect dimensions, and easy to assemble. Terrific value and service. Only thing is the turnaround was a few days longer than they say orders usually ship, but it was during the Christmas season so I understand. I look forward to using Custom Frame Solutions again soon.

Perfect! Great company to work with, best prices and excellent, fast, service. the frame was perfect and excellent quality. They even called me on a Sunday evening to answer a question I had asked in an email. I have purchased from them before and is my first choice of companies for buying frames.

From talking to them, they have handled over 32,000 orders since 2008. The several negative reviews below seem out of place based on my experience with them
