Sterling arrived early and assessed my broken garage situation. He gave clear and consise information about what items needed to be replaced and why. And he had all the tools he needed to get the job done! I decided to have them replace the garage opener. He did not have the type I wanted, Liftmaster jackshaft, with him but installed it the next day. Great customer service and affordable.
