Showed up on time and had the problem fixed in less then an hour. Polite and very professional. Will call them again and recommend to neighbors and friends.

Needed my door fixed this afternoon after my wife backed into the door. We called this evening and got a answer. Ryan came out and was able to get the door back into the tracks and operating. I thought we would need a new door, I would say he was straight forward and honest. Will be calling him back in the spring for a new door.

There is nothing like being stuck in the garage... I called wondering how soon they would get here to fix my garage door and they schedule my appointment within 2 hrs and within 3 and 1/2 hrs my garage door works like a charm. You can't beat that kind of customer service.

My brother recommended these guys and my garage door broke last night Sam from A Plus came to fix it today. I must say I was very impressed with his promptness and knowledge of my needs. He was able to had the door running again in a about a hour and sounds just like new. Would use them again. Thanks

Was over impressed with these guys. They came out Last Saturday night after I ran into my door. There fee was very resonable (50 bucks) and got my door back into shape. ThAnks a million. Debra

Had Eli come out and fix my spring on a Sunday because I could not get my door open and needed to get to work. He was very nice and knew exactly what needed to be done. He showed up in the time provided and was very polite. Would recommend to others

I made an appointment on Saturday for a technician to fix my door on Tuesday. The tech never showed, and after waiting for three hours I called the office. It turned out that the appointment was never filed correctly so the tech didn't know about it. Pros: They have a 24 hour line and the receptionist was very nice. They did offer to try again, but I have already taken off all the time off work I can afford at this point. Cons: They didn't show up.

They had someone here within an hour and half in the middle of a snow storm. Fast, reasonable and I'll definetly use them again.

They missed their first appointment with me but more than made up for it.Ryan was fast, honest, friendly and went above and beyond what he came to do. My garage door situation has never been better!

On a snowy Sunday morning, a couple of rollers from my garage door jumped the track after the door would not completely open and I was trying to "help" it open. The door had not been opening completely for several weeks and I noticed there was also a steel cable from the spring counterbalance system that had somehow gotten tangled around the assembly. I found A Plus and another company and called both and left messages, as both stated they had emergency service available on Dexknows. I received a call back from A Plus within 5 minutes, and was told that the service technician could be there by the aftermoon depending on the status of another service call. Within about 2 hours, the technician called and let me know they would be there in a half hour. He arrived right on time and explained that the original rollers were not functioning well, which was causing stress on the tracks, and that was not allowing the door to open completely. I really was impressed by this company, so many times I sit and wonder If the repairman is going to show. They called on there way and were on time. They also were spot on with there prices they charged what they quoted. Rock on and keep up the great work.

Needed my car out tonight and could not get my door to open. Called a few 24/7 companies and got no anwser. Finally got these guys to come out after hours and was able to get my car out. Nice, fast, and not as expensive as I thought it would be. REALLY A+ Service. Thanks Jess

I must admit, the number of businesses that will follow up to ensure a complaint is FULLY addressed is rare at best. A Plus called me shortly after writing my previous posting to address my concerns. It seems it was simply miscommunication with the technician. As I noted previously, they came on time and performed the work quickly and correctly. While the cost was on the high end of the estimate, it was well within (still less than other quotes as I shopped around). After a quick follow up call, the owner resolved everything that frustrated me concerning the work. The correction to my issue is enough to withdrawal my concern, but the customer service makes me want the option of a higher rating. This is the type of business that raises the average! I chose this company for the cost and ratings/reviews here on DEX. In the end, I suggest more customers do the same. These guys are truely above the rest, creating a customer relationship rather than a transaction. Thank you!

Pros: Answered on the weekend, arrived within 1 hr service window on a holiday, performed work fast/correct. (replaced torsion springs)Cons: Attempted to sell me on EVERYTHING, which is just business; however, when I declined to replace my (fully functional, greased, spinning free) steel rollers, the "lifetime warranty" became 1 yr. If my steel rollers are the cause as per the work order, what roller failure could cause springs to break?After looking up the replacement springs online, they billed me on the high end of the 80-120/ea estimate. Online, the replacements are about $40/ea I'm no metallurgist, so they *could* be better, but 100k life cycle pitched is questionable with the same gauge and length of spring as the original. Had I known the warranty would be 1 year, I wouldn't have bothered fixing both sides.I feel between the cost and switch on warranty without ANY disclosure that all recommendations must be purchased, I will NOT be recommending them to anyone.
