I feel that my appointments always gave me more information than i expected, but was completely necessary for my situation. I feel that he had given me the respect I needed as a patient and that I was also given the tools to make educated decisions.

I was very happy with the whole process. From the receptionist and all the staff-I was treated very well and the outcome was much better than I expected.

Everything was clearly explained and I had minimal pain after the procedure.

Going into it i have always heard my friends say how much getting your wisdom teeth out sucked and how much pain you were in for a couple weeks. However, my expierence was not like this at all. The first night was a little rough and it was for obvious reasons hard to eat food. But after that first night I only had a little but of pain along with little to no swelling and the medicine and tools provided to keep the area clean have worked really. Overall the expierence has not been to bad pain wise and I think it went well.

The experience was great. Everything was explained in a very professional matter and everyone is super nice.

I would highly recommend Dr. Frazee. He makes you feel very comfortable and does excellent work. He is backed by a wonderful staff as well. It was the easiest procedure I ever had from making the appointment to the follow up.

I was very concerned with having to need dentures. Starting with the office staff, everyone put me at ease and made me feel great about being there. Dr. Frazee spent considerable time explaining everything that was going to happen and all my options. Everyone made sure I was comfortable with the decisions that I made. Because of my experience, I would recommend Western Reserve to everyone.

I had to get my wisdom teeth removed and everyone in the office was super helpful with everything. The staff is so nice and were willing to answer any questions we had. Overall, I had a great experience!

I had discovered a bump on my tongue and my dentist referred me to Dr Frazee. I was put at ease with the friendly ambiance of the office and office staff. Meeting the Dr. and gathering the information I needed to know about my surgeries helpedd me to understand and alleviate unnecessary worry. i was thankful to have this doctor to guide me through this ordeal. Ijust wish he took my insurance :}

Felt confident in their diagnosis of issues and options available. Work completed was effective, with little recovery time. After one day I was pain free. Office staff were all nice and accommodating. I felt billing practices were rigid, and they charged me full price above what the allowable insurance rates were because they are specialists. However, I checked with another oral surgeon and found they did the same. Dr. Frazee's "chairside" manner not the best.

Dr and stasff were wonderful. Very pleased with the care.
